Subway — Restaurant in Lorain

Update: apparently this was a one time gig. (See post below) same pair today. Picked my order today with the wrapper saturated and nothing but attitude because I even showed them all sauces on side. But apparently you have to say all liquids.

Rude!!! Mother and son seemed to have a very bad day when I walked in smiling, happy to see the once "dynamic duo"... they spent ample time blaming me for the saturated wrapper even though she, pointed out that one of the sandwiches wrappers was totally saturated.

Every single time I've ordered from here, it's been a worldly difference than any other Subway I've dined at. I'm 36 and have been chowing on Subway since I was a young fella, so I've eaten at quite a few of these establishments in the U.S.

Yesterday, 02/28/2025, I picked up an online order and even though the interaction was short, the gal and gentlemen working were having fun, hard at work, gave positive engagement and of course when I got home, the sandwich was made to quite literal perfection.

I do remember the store was very clean and like the other visits, you could feel the warmth in the atmosphere when walking in. Surely will be using this location as my to-go-to. Management should...

My daughter and her cousin came in to subway on oberlin ave in lorain and she ordered the dippers and wanted the cheddar cheese dip and they gave her the wrong dip they gave her the Chipotle dip and she goes back in to say excuse me but you gave me the wrong dip I asked for cheddar cheese and you gave me the Chipotle dip and the girls started laughing and whispering to each other and they said we'll thats extra and my daughter said I no I told you I wanted cheddar cheese and you gave me something eles and the two girls got rude and said we'll you have to pay for that amy daughter said I shouldn't have to cause I told you what I wanted and ya mested up not me .I go there all the time and never had such Bad and rude...

Betty was extremely rude over the phone. I called because my sub was wrong and she said to just come back for the missing items. When I asked if there is anything else that can be done as it is pouring raining out she said no then I won’t do anything for you. I asked for her name and she hung up. So I came back up WITH the uneaten sub and asked for refund. She said no again. Just take what your missing items. I said no I want a refund and she called her manager lying about the situation and calling me names. I have never been yelled at or treated so unfairly. I hope Betty was just in a bad mood today and this isn’t how she treats Lorain residents regularly. She called me so many horrendous names infront of...
