If I could give the manager-eddy any advice...follow his staff. If this is the owner of this establishment you should be ashamed of yourself. You must not enjoy business or earning loyal customers.

I have ordered from this place twice now (delivery) Both times the food was good and Because they were a locally owned place and small business I decided to stick with them and make them our go to delivery place for some quick tasty sandwiches.

I was notified by the "manager" eddy that they would not deliver to the address they have delivered too multiple times. (Twice in the same month, once within the past three days of this review.)

I was told by eddy in a very reluctant manner that he will only deliver in a 3 mile radius. (His delivery driver was ready to deliver to me until he abprutly interjected into the phone call) I asked for the manager because I could hear him talking and decieded to greet and talk to him myself hoping he would read into the past history on my account. I continued to ask if this is new policy seeing as I just placed a delivery three days ago....his response is "the staff doesn't listen and they didn't follow my procedures. You can pick this food up." You have a loyal customer who orders repetivitvely who is less than a mile out the three mile radius, and you deny a delivery at 4pm ...? I try to level and reason with him, but he disregarded me as a customer and wanted to push on me his troubles of his management being able to control his staff.

Needless to say I told the manager I would be writing a review specfically on him and will not be ordering from here since they can't honor me outside their 3 mile radius when they have been for...

First time checking this place out:

I was going to take a picture of my chicken philly, but I made the mistake of taking a bite first. It never made it to the picture phase for this review. Delicious. Next time, I'll be asking for less cheese and extra meat (reasonably priced for $3 more).

The customer service was fantastic. The owner was even kind enough to let me try some falafel because it wasn't available on their online menu which I ordered from.

Father Falafel didn't let me down. It's spice mixture didn't over power the chickpeas - It didn't taste like I was eating a garlic, parsley, or cilantro ball - perfectly balanced - and that crunch from the fry. WOOO. Loved it. Star of the show. Type of crunch, texture, and taste that'll make you realize sometimes the OGs are just better (sorry hushpuppies).

Great food. Great Service. Great Prices.

Will...

Ordered from them thru Grubhub - pretty simple order too: BLT on wheat (requested it toasted) and fries (extra crispy please). The sandwich was literally thrown together - the lettuce was all on one side, there was one small slice of tomato, they couldn't bother to cut the sandwich in half and the bread wasn't even toasted as requested (and is pretty standard for a blt).

As for the fries... they were unseasoned at all and they couldnt be bothered to put ketchup in the bag (no napkins either).

Product quality on par with if a 15 year old opened a sandwich shop and this was day one - not an established 15+ year...
