We were driving and saw the Broasting Chicken sign. So we stopped. Parked. Walked in. We asked, “what is Broasted Chicken”? The young woman pointed to a sign. The sign is quite faded. And I said “the sign is faded”. She replied “this is how the previous owner set it up”. I said okay. Still confused. Trying to figure out what to purchase with out getting too much. I saw the another sign and said. We’ll try the sub! The sub has Broasting Chicken, mayo, lettuce, ect. We get to the car and open the bag. The sub was nicely wrapped. I unwrapped it took a bit and said “Wow”! This is delicious! The chicken is wonderful and moist. The process to Broaster the Chicken does take a few minutes. They make it fresh and it’s worth the wait! While waiting I notice all the Pittsburgh sports team dedication items. I asked if they were from Pittsburgh and they said no. I'm a huge fan of mom & pop shops. This place definitely beats the broasted chicken shop in La Habra. Service is great, prices are fair, and it's pretty clean when you walk in. It is highly recommend that you call ahead and place your order. This ain't no KFC and there's no drive-thru. Look at the menu that's on their website and call them and order what you want. Expect to wait about 30 minutes and pick your food up.
Not sure what to order? Order their family pack and get an assorted variety of their flavors and their sides. Have the leftovers for lunch the next day.

Not many locations that I know of for broasted chicken. If you haven't tried this cooking technique for chicken, you should. It's really good and reduces the fat content versus frying in 40% to 70% Friendly owners here, and the sides are great. Try the chicken with Cole slaw. Delish. I rarely rate 5 stars but this place deserves it.
