Starbucks — Restaurant in Los Altos

It's not really different from any other Starbucks, which is to say that it's great! The only downfalls are the long line and the fact that I can never catch them or really any other Starbucks with the cold brew whipped cream pre-made. Ordering ahead on the app is highly suggested with any Starbucks to avoid the line, and this one is no different. Even with the crowd, they made my drinks quickly and without any hiccoughs, even though my drinks are always complicated (I'm particular). The area was clean and well-kept, and the staff was friendly, polite, and professional. Customer service is not always easy, and it's usually a thankless, low-paying job, so thanks to everyone there...

Hands down one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Starbucks was at this location. The young man that took our order yesterday should not be working a customer facing role. He was rude and looking at the barista like we were taking up his time when it was not busy. They won’t ask or call your name so you are left wondering which drink is yours. Worst Starbucks experience ever. They took my order wrong. Instead of making it correct , they brought the receipt and try to proof the order. I know what did I told your barista.
