Alfredo's Pizza — Restaurant in Los Angeles

This is the best pizza I have ever come across from NYC to here in LA & beyond. The ingredients are brought in from Italy & you can tell on bite #1. I can say that Alfredo & his team know how to make a consistent pie too cus they're always fantastic. Just yesterday I bought lunch for a friend who is 62 years old & lives & grew up in Pasadena & on his second bite he literally said out loud to me " this is the best pizza that I have EVER had " . That's a true story! It happened! I even called Alfredo later in the day to tell em what my friend had said because he (or anybody who runs a business) would like to know that sort of thing. Taste is so subjective & we all know that but at the very least Alfredo's is worth putting to your test. So if you're still on the hunt , put this place on your list so as you can hopefully quit hunting. And yeah , they're located in a strip mall. Pizza here is always great. Unfortunately every so often the guy working is not the friendliest. I understand pizza rivalries run deep or whatever but kicking out my wife for having a pizza hut box felt strange. We didn't want to leave the pizza in the car and didn't expect this attitude at all (though I do understand the reasoning). His attitude was not great which is why I'm writing the review. I'm a regular here and, sadly, I've never encountered this guy for him to know me at all. I was very surprised to have offended him so much, and I really hoped to enjoy my pizza here today. However, this experience heavily soured the moment and I felt the need to at least write this review. Perhaps consideration will be taken towards being a little friendlier. My girlfriend and I recently paid a visit to Alfredo's Pizza for the first time, and were delighted with our experience. My girlfriend is vegan, and thankfully Alfredo's has vegan cheese as an option. I chose the traditional cheese pizza with Canadian bacon and tomato whilst my girlfriend chose the vegan cheese pizza with jalapeños. We both agreed our pizzas were delicious! While waiting for our pizzas to cook (less than 10 minutes!) we took the time to converse with the owner (Alfredo) and his cashier daughter (Christine). Both Alfredo and Christine are very friendly, personable, and proud of their pizza creations and restaurant. And proud they should be!! We will be frequent visitors to their restaurant and will highly recommend Alfredo's Pizza to friends, family, and the public at large. My sincerest compliments to Alfredo's Pizza for a job...
