Recounting my recent dining experience at this pricey establishment, I am disheartened to acknowledge the subpar service I received despite investing a substantial amount of money there. The exceptionally discourteous behavior of the staff, the disappointing level of service provided, and the lasting impression it has left on me. While the food itself was passable, the overall experience left much to be desired.

Throughout my visit, the level of service displayed by the staff was appalling. From the moment I arrived, the absence of any welcoming gestures or personalized greetings was evident. The staff seemed indifferent and uninterested in making my experience memorable. Simple requests for assistance or inquiries were met with indifference or outright rudeness, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere.

The staff's demeanor highlighted an alarming lack of professionalism, with condescending attitudes and dismissive behavior toward my concerns. The interactions were marred by a lack of decorum. Such behavior, particularly in a high-cost establishment, is simply unacceptable.

The cumulative effect of the rude behavior from the staff resulted in an unpleasant overall experience. The lack of attention to detail was apparent, as our orders were frequently mixed up, and requests for modifications were scoffed at. The absence of even the most basic customer service skills made it evident that the establishment prioritized profit over providing an enjoyable dining experience.

Considering the substantial amount of money spent at this establishment, one would expect a certain level of quality and service. However, the disregard for customer satisfaction left a sour taste. Investing my hard-earned money in a place that demonstrated such disregard for its patrons was genuinely disheartening. It serves as a cautionary tale to others who might consider dining there in the future.

In conclusion, my experience at this high-cost establishment was far from satisfactory. Went in last night with my friends 20 minutes before closing. We were celebrating a birthday and wanted to end the night with good food. We were told the burgers were great!

Once we walked up to the counter an employee decided to tell us it was closed. She didn't think to tell us before we all came through the door and walked up to the counter. I think it was because she saw 7 people and immediately decided she didn't want to do the work. Problem for her is they close at 1am not 12:40am.

I told them it was 12:40 and the lady looked like she wasn't going to talk to me anymore so my friends and I decided to take our money elsewhere.

When we headed to the door she was speaking to a coworker then said "oh wait" like she changed her mind and when I turned she then afterwards said "nevermind" and continued talking to her coworker.

I offered to turn the sign to "closed" since she clearly didn't want to do her job and was ready to close shop. She said no and actually followed us to the door and turned the sign. As I said it was 12:40 not 1:00!!!!

I was very disappointed with the service and had a terrible first impression. They should get better employees or change their time to 12:30 if they're turning people...

I’m so sorry I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but I got the vegetarian burger from this place via drive-through and I got the deluxe version. It did contain non-vegan cheese which I was aware of, but the patty was very cold. The cheese wasn’t even melted and there was about a 2-centimeter thick spread of mayonnaise on my burger like it actually made me gag because there was so much mayonnaise and I had to wait until I got home to wipe off the mayonnaise. It seep into the mayonnaise by the time I got home five minutes later and everything was soggy and gross. I actually ended up throwing the whole bun out and trying to salvage just the patty. It was really bad and the fries had absolutely no seasoning on them not even salt. And I paid nearly $20 for this meal. I wouldn’t go back. I used to eat at the Astro burger closer to West Hollywood which I loved several years ago. I used to rave about it until all my vegetarian friends to eat from here. I’m not sure if it’s just this location, but I would definitely not...
