I’m a petite woman who wears sweaters most of the time, especially when it was 60 deg on Saturday, April 1 around 9 AM (our appointment was at 10 AM).

That said, I checked into this facility wearing a button-down black cashmere sweater with 2 pockets and hung it on a hook out in the open since they didn't have a locker.  When my massage was over, my sweater was nowhere to be found.  My girlfriend thought maybe the masseur grabbed it by accident, so I reported my missing sweater to the masseur and the front desk, hoping they would be able to help.  Because they did not know where / who took my sweater, I decided to follow up the next day with hopes that maybe they found it.

I spoke to the same front desk girl, asked if there was a security camera in the lobby, and requested that someone review the tape.  Of course, there were some technical issues and they said it was not possible to see the recording.  I then asked if I could speak to the owner.  The owner returned my calls and told me that her crew searched for my sweater but to no avail.  She was busy talking around in circles and what made it worse was that one of the masseurs said that I walked into the facility wearing something different!!  Long story short, my sweater disappeared into thin air.  I knew that they are not responsible for my belongings.  I will chalk this mishap as a lesson learned and am writing this review to warn people not to bring any valuables to this place.

I just got a massage here and it was amazing! Perfectly what I needed after some stressful weeks at work and after a weekend of skiing. I booked a Trifecta Massage for 60 minutes and ended up extending another 30 min. I’m glad they were able to accommodate me!

They asked me what areas I’d like to focus on and spent most of the time on those areas (my upper back, shoulder and neck) but also touched on all parts of the body so it was still a balanced and full massage.

Most other places I feel just go through “a routine” and I never get enough of what I really need - working out those knots on my shoulders. My massage therapist was Sunny and he did great work. Was responsive when I said pressure was too hard or too soft.

The place is no frills, w some cute and quirky decor. Massage price is affordable, especially given this economy!

The customer service was good. However, there was a lot of noise during my massage. I ordered a single Swedish massage for just myself and I was placed in a room with two beds instead of a single room. On top of that the door was opened a few times during my massage. This caused me to get up and not feel as comfortable, especially having personal items such as my wallet and phone in the room and for people to be opening the door and closing it while I am shirtless on the table is not cool. There are other customers that can walk by at the same time. I did not appreciate this. The masseuse was friendly but the overall massage was mediocre. I also did not like the fact that they ask for the tip before the massage. A tip is meant for after the massage, based on satisfaction. Overall, it is not a terrible spot, but I would not...
