Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Seriously I don’t know what’s up with this store owner at Saticoy and Winnetka. Horrible Customer Service, Stingy, and Very Difficult Service. I ended up buying nothing. I came in to buy a single scoop and use my birthday scoop for a second scoop. Coupon was on my app and still available to use. Owner says their scanner is not accepting it after multiple tries. If I was the owner I would just give a discount to accommodate the customer, but seems they are very stingy.

So, I gave them a break for that and then decided to then buy a $12.99 fresh hand packed quart. I wanted to pack 3 different flavors like I always do at other Baskin Robbins locations. The female store owner says no 1 flavor only. I told her I always get different flavors packed inside. She says no only 1 flavor. I don’t understand what the deal is with this store owner what difference does it make???

The sales girl did not use gloves and she was cutting bananas and touching it with her bare hands. I was disgusted! She touched the bananas on my banana royale and the servings were SO SMALL compared to the BR on chatsworth and lindley. Also, they charge 0.85 for “extra” almonds on the sundae that wasn’t even extra. Looked exactly the other banana royale without extra almonds at other BR locations. The owners here must have trained their employees to be extremely stingy! The sales girl gave me 2 napkins when I asked for napkins for my kids and myself! TWO pieces of flimsy napkins.

The owner/manager came out and gave me a hard time for using my kid’s free kid’s scoop coupon for her birthday.

Completely agree with the previous review the most recent review about the store. I pretty much had the exact same story as the last guy. Requested two different flavors in my fresh pack that I ordered like they let you do it every Baskin-Robbins have multiple flavors with the fresh pack but she would only allow one flavor. And when I told her I usually get multiple flavors at other stores she said okay then go to those stores if you want... Absolutely disgusting attitude and just plain rude... Would not recommend the store whatsoever as they are also far overpriced compared to other...
