Birriería Rosa María — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I tried out this place because of the good reviews but man was my experience bad. I had only ordered 6 tacos and the wait for them was over 30 minutes, meanwhile 5 customers that ordered after me received their meal before me. The employees are dancing around to loud music and didn't wear any gloves. One of the employees didn't even wear her mask over her mouth while preparing orders. The tacos were okay but come with alot of fat and bones. The birra tacos definitely lacked salt and other seasonings. Not worth the wait and not worth the price. Maybe your experience will be better but...

Overall, their Birria is bomb, but it would be nice for them to ask the customer what kind of birria we would like (Chivo o Res). Our first experience was great cuz my husband remembered to let them know we wanted Res, the lady didn't even asked us, this 2nd experience the same thing, she didn't asked and brought us Birria de chivo and Yes, we totally forgot but as a mesera, needs to ask the customer which kind they would like. The birria geta 5-stars for sure, but their service is horrible. Especially if you go there during the weekend. They have a lot of patrons, but no organization. They lose track of orders, don't know who ordered what, and they take 200 years to make their handmade tortillas. Yeah, they're good, but the wait time is a bit ridiculous.
