Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Everything was fine Jose was so sweet on taking my order up until this 2 very extremely RUDE Employees. I wasn’t able to get they’re names to avoid further conflict but it was over a very simple nicely asked question! After noticing almost 30 minutes had gone by probably more and everyone getting they’re food even drive tru I took it upon myself to simply ask if he can check on my food what does he respond “ 1 minute ok” without checking just giggling with coworkers so I respond ok as I’m walking away he continues to say if the food was ready it would’ve been there in the front!” and so I responded obviously and he continues to mock me by saying obviously so I asked to call his manager what does he do he laughs and says she’s not here so this other female employee comes brings my food and I asked her for the supervisor at this point she’s laughing at me saying shes wasn’t there continued to laugh And so I called The nicest person there Jose and told him about the situation he was there he witnessed absolutely everything yes my husband came to defend me because at this point there was a man disrespecting me for no reason It’s sad that for this type of individuals can make a business look bad please look at the cameras !!! Been coming here for a while everyone is nice and polite but one of the so many days i went i couldn't believe it but it's true I saw the manager Cesia as a nice manager but then saw how she treated one of the employees yelling ,humiliating her Infront of customers and staff was horrific and unprofessional. Many of us customers even spoke between us that we are no longer going to go there and support people who abuse their position. No one deserves to be treated like that I am a shift leader for Starbucks and would never disrespect anyone to such level. I spoke with the employee and if i remember her name Yasmin or Yaslin i believe, I told her I can be her witness Cesia the manager forced her to sign a resignation letter that could easily a lawsuit for Jack in the box. This is actually a review for the price gauging for their new chicken wings. A 6 piece is $8.99 +tax for every location I have checked on the app near my vicinity.

In this photo I provided I have a size comparison between the Jack In The Box wings (left) and some wings I usually get at my local Chinese fast food joint (right). I pay $8.99 +tax for 4 wings, orange chicken and a huge serving of fried rice at that Chinese fast food joint I frequent.

Everyone reading this so far can figure out where I'm going with this.
