Carnitas Loya Fast Food — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Omg I came here with high expectations, as I did check reviews and some reviews said they had the best carnitas in the valley. Well it's sad to say but they were horrible. I purchased carnitas cueritos and chicharrones. The guy served me the cueritos from the caso that probably sat there all day they had a funky taste. Carnitas also didnt taste well at all the longer they sit in the lard the more lard they absorb. Not good the chicharrones weren't to bad but I have had way better. Next time I rather make the drive to Zamora bros on pico and union. Its worth it. I almost forgot the hand made tortillas were also bad they had pieces of cilantro cooked in them. telling me they made them without washing their hands or on a dirty plancha. Will never go back. Very poor experience. First off I saw a roach right outside but I didn’t judge because me and my boyfriend were hungry but when we got our food, my burrito was so cold. Like as if they gave me a burrito from the fridge. I told them that my burrito is so cold and all they said was “it’s suppose to be like that” and I also told them that my boyfriends huevos con chorizo had a hair. I was very disappointed. They didn’t heat my burrito even though I asked if it can at least be microwaved. They said no. They also took back their egg that had the hair but didn’t give us a replacement or our money back. What can I say. They have the best Menudo in town. No lie. I’ve had it at 5:30pm in 100• weather. Still delicious. The fried up patas to fkn die for. Poquito limon some hot sauce and bam. Just like that. It’s gone. La Carne. On point!!!!!!! I’ve taken to work on a charola 7 lbs for 12 guys. Never disappoints.
