This is a very traditional Birrieria, made the old fashioned way, tatemada with the broth added to the oven cooked meat, plain and simple, just add onions, lemon and picante, and start eating accompanied with some tortillas, and you are set. No fancy stuff, the place is very clean and I know the family is keeping the same way of making it, and I have been going there since 1979, and I have tried many places in East L. A. And they are all good as well, but this one is my favorite of all the ones in L. A. And only one will taste better, but you have to go to Guadalajara or Sahuayo to get one better, but not by much.
