El Ranchito had four tables set up under a permanent awning for dine in. I ordered a carneasada burrito. The staff rattled off everything in the burrito and if there was something you didn’t want you flagged that item. Cash only for payment. My burrito arrived with no fork or spoon. I ate the burrito holding it with my hands, the texture was soft and moist with no juice dripping from the burrito. Taste was very good, smell enticing and my mouth had a pepper sensation but not a burning sensation that lasted a good twenty minutes after the meal. Just incredible.
