I love this place but they have become very stingy with the sauce bought a bunch of consomes de birria and the gave me one small consomes cup for the birria this was for a bunch of co-workers so I went to ask for more and they where gonna charge me an extra $7.00 for another one I was like seriously the same spot in Whittier Blvd give you 2 small cups per consome and if you eat there there is a bottle where you can keep getting as much as you'd like your not wasting money if you give your customer more sauce if that person spent around $80.00 already buying food from you it's getting disappointing for me now I love the food but people that work there have some strange rules now in the one at Maple the customer service has been a bit low there now to well glad to get that out there be good to...

Birrieria Los Gonzalez is a hidden gem that delivers some of the best birria I’ve ever had. From the moment you pull up to the food truck on Maple Ave, you know you’re in for something special. The aroma alone is enough to get your mouth watering.

I ordered the quesatacos and a side of consommé—and wow. The birria is incredibly tender and flavorful, with just the right amount of spice. The crispy cheese on the tacos takes it to another level, and the consommé is rich, savory, and perfect for dipping.

Service was fast and friendly, and even though it’s a food truck, everything was clean and organized. It’s cash-only, so come prepared, and be mindful of parking in the area.

If you’re a fan of birria, this place is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be coming back—probably sooner...

Overview: Why don't we have this level of quality tacos in Seattle!?!? I'm so envious that taco trucks like these are so accessible in LA. We came here for lunch and there was only a small line. They are indeed a taco truck but they do have covered seating so definitely plenty of room to come and enjoy your tacos as soon as they are prepared!

Food: We got several tacos including pastor and carne. They were delicious! The meat is juicy and the tacos are full of flavor from the meats, salsa, onions, etc. We scarfed down four tacos each and thought about getting more but alas we were on a taco tour that day so we had to save our appetite.
