Not really big on reviews but after trying to talk to who I believed to be the responsible parties still didn’t get anything resolved. So the empty cup is my second drink lol after i asked for light ice and the bartender was extremely rude. So the full cup was my first drink which was 75% ice for $16+ Plus i was charge $21+ for my second drink since it’s after 7pm lol this is like my 4th time here and never heard, but i paid. Bartender was extremely rude and when confronted she just didn’t care. Not coming back here ever again because we spoke to who we believed to the manger and was brushed off. Poor customer service could easily be resolved if people are receptive of critique from paying customers. It’s a never...

This place is in a super sketchy area. The security is psychotic. Saw them pepper spray someone for no reason who was calmly leaving the venu right in the middle of everyone also getting the spray on the faces of the other people. When she went back again calmly to ask why she had been pepper sprayed the guard didn't say anything he just sprayed her again. Saw another security guard standing over her while she was suffering in pain taunting her, laughing, asking her if she wanted a bottle of water but then wouldn't give it to her. I asked what she did but didn't get an answer. Wouldn't go the there ever again....

First time ever going to this lounge going there for a concert. They didn't work with the artist with the sound went to the restroom when I first got there one of the bathrooms. There had no door. One of the other toilets were flooded and water was all over the floor. by the end of the night when I went to the restroom again all the bathrooms are flooded. The floor was full of water and full of toilet paper and it was disgusting.🤮 I wouldn't recommend going to this place whatsoever ever again. The streets were filthy. It smelled like piss everywhere you walked. There was bad parking all around...
