This is one of the better doughnut shops in the SF valley.

Minus 0.5 star for the chocolate cake donut. It was dry (tasted burnt) and the glaze was thin and plain to taste.

Minus 0.5 for requiring a $10 purchase in order to use a credit card. This is a giant pet peeve, especially in a time when digital currency is the primary form of payment.

POSITIVES are... Apple Fritter ACTUALLY had a good amount of apple in it. A bit over fried for my tastes, but my husband thought it was cooked perfectly.

Original Glaze Light and airy. Perfectly glazed. The best we've had, reminding me of childhood.

OG glaze topped with pistachio chocolate glaze YUM! SAME light and airy and the glaze was the perfect addition of flavor

Maple Buttermilk It looks dense, but upon the first bite the flavors are a fantastic milk of sweet from the maple glaze and sour & moist from the buttermilk.

Ample parking. Go early. Bring cash. I also consider it a good sign when a donut shop closes early as this implies that they are not trying to...

I love donuts but limit having them to twice a year. Was craving some donuts and came across this place. It's in a small lot and the customer service was okay. After reading reviews of this place, ended up getting four items. Mango tajin donut - very unique favor. Enjoyed it Horchata donut - very nice, but a little too sweet for me. I ended up taking out half the icing and it was just perfect Bavarian cream filled donut - the donut was good, but was put off by the cream. There was something off. 4 Jalapeno ham and cheese croissant - I love spicy food, but here the jalapeno seems to drown out the other favors. I'm sure I would have enjoyed the regular ham and cheese croissant.

Truthfully, donuts sound like a good idea when you have that sweet craving, but rarely are they ever as tasty as they look.... it always ends up feeling like a waste of a treat and calories! BUT NOT BLINKIE’S!!! NOOOOOO, this donut shop is by far the producer of some of the freshest most exquisite donuts that taste even better than they look! They are always so fresh, soft, chewy, sweet but not over the top sweet.

Be aware of their store hours as the only downside is that they are not open late at night.. that’s probably for the best though... I don’t need to be eating a dozen donuts...
