Burger King — Restaurant in Los Angeles

There is a Latino woman in the evening on Wednesday, I believe. She is very rude, especially more than once to me. I ordered two items and I was on the go so I wanted something small so I didn't get sleepy, so I asked for a minute to chose and she didn't say anything just went off, just rude. So I finally get to the window, she's nice as I give my card, but afterwards she goes rude again, and handing my food to me almost forcefully, and she almost made me scream on her, because I don't know which attitude it is I'm getting. Is it a "I'm tired from work, people are rude" type thing, then maybe customer service isn't you, but you have no right to do it to a customer, you have no idea if I had a bad day already and then here you are with your attitude. Or is it African Americans, because this is my third encounter with her and I don't usually write complaints, but this one is warranted. This person will get your business in serious legal issues if I'm not the only person complaining. P.S. There is a older, heavyset Latino woman who's English isn't the best, but her attitude is always nice when I pull in...

I ONLY get the Impossible Whoppers if I'm in a jam or don't have as much time to get something healthier or that supports a local or more humane franchise, so that being said: 2 for 6 dollar Impossible Whopper deal in their BK app is obviously worth it but keep your conscience clean! No hate, we all know corporations can do more for its workers and its supply chain, and we hope you do.

Won't support BK until they do that and have many, maaaany more Vegan options.

I order with no mayo and get it vegan/plant-based style as well and just get extra tomatoes/lettuce (which is probably not organic right, but hey, we're all trying!)

Credit Card Theft Alert.  A Burger King Employee used my card after purchasing order on Dec 27, 2020.  I was alerted to the unusual activity by Wells Fargo.  When the employee took the card to process the payment, he took way too long with my credit card.  My suspicions were later proven right when charges totaling over $600 were attempted on my Wells Frago card. America is becoming a place now where it is; I guess every man for himself.  I am a parent of six, and every Penney counts.  If it were not for my banks' quick fraud department, I could have been taken for hundreds. My meal cost $14.76.

Word to the wise check your bank statements to see if there are any strange purchases.  If so, file a police report and alert the corporate office.
