Avoid picking up at this store. Had a bad experience with the manager who didn’t know how to return item and couldn’t even own up to saying he didn’t know how. Basically I bought a battery online, picked it up here without any issues, but turned out to be wrong battery, went to return and manager told me to call customer service because “they had to process refund.” Called CC and they assured the store manager had to do it), went back in and told manager and he rudely kept telling me to call cc which I was already in a call with. The Customer Service was more professional than the manager, I’m still waiting to be refunded but it’s processing finally. Please do avoid pick up here if you don’t want to deal with a headache...

I always try and support neighborhood businesses but this is the second bad experience I've had at this place.They have a salesman whose a very heavy set Latino gentleman & he has the worst attitude ever. They have an African -American gentleman who is so very helpful and professional, he makes up for the other gentlemen's lack of professionalism. I hope they give the other salesman a pep talk or something,today I would go there but I'm gonna go up the hill to their competitor,just so I don't have to worry about seeing this guy. Online experience was pleasant. I chose to have the item delivered to the store for pickup. Store nevered called or texted, to confirm item was delivered and ready for pickup. I called customer service again. They tracked the item down and confirmed it was delivered to the store. Item at store inside warehouse for 2 weeks. Bottom line the store FAILED to follow through with the Service they provide for the Customers. Instead of driving around town from store to store.
