Where do I even start?

I live literally 2 blocks down the street from this place, and I absolutely LOVE Carls Jr. I would consider myself a regular of this spot in particular...

I work a bar job, so I get off late from work and often there aren't many places open late to eat.

Thankfully when I come to this particular Carls Jr on such given late nights there is a young latin dude who usually helps me and is super cool, even hooks up sauces or whatever you need.

Lately, I have been coming in a little earlier than usual, and there is an older latin lady who has been helping me.. and I cannot begin to explain how much frustration I experience when dealing with this person..

I pull up to the drive-thru, with my family keep in mind (we are ordering a large amount of food) expecting a quick and easy meal, but what I got instead was a master class in how to not treat customers.

The lady at the window acts as if I was interrupting her busy schedule of doing the same thing over and over for the rest of the night. She didn’t say “hello,” “thank you,” or even “here’s your order."

I ask her for some ranch, and she slams the window closed as soon as she hands me my order. I then wait a few minutes before she approaches again and ask her for a ranch, she gives me 1 ranch, for a ton of burgers, chicken nuggets, and fries. I ask her for more ranch, she said she doesn't have more ranch, even though we can clearly see she does through the window.. (other times we have gone here ordered 30+$ worth of food and given the same treatment from this same older woman) So then I ask for BBQ sauce, to where she then gives me 1 BBQ sauce. I have 2 daughters, are they suppose to share 1 BBQ sauce between their meals?

I swear I love Carls, but I dont think I will be going back just because of how annoying my experiences have been as of late in particular in dealing with this lady.

If Blanca is the old latin lady that I saw at the window that everyone else seems to be speaking about, then I guarantee those are fake reviews. There has never been one encounter with this lady where it has been pleasant, where she has a smile, positive energy, or even the attitude of wanting to be working there.. and like I said I consider myself a regular. I can pull my bank statements and Carls Jr will make up a good chunk of change lol.

Reporting an inappropriate incident. Date: 12.29.2023 Time: 11:35 PM Location: Roscoe and De Soto Ave, Canoga Park, CA Incident: Used the drive through to order shakes for my nieces visiting from Out of town. The night on duty person ,first put us on wait, then when we placed the order, he got it wronged. We repeated a bit loudly thinking the voice was not going through. Guy responded back not to scream, we explained thinking he could not hear. He asked us to come to the window. When we reached, he aggressively said he does not have shakes any more with a few more rants. My young nieces were scared and offended on how rude and aggressive he was. They returned back without the shakes they were craving for all night. I did not want to create an altercation in the presence of the lil ones.

He lied to us that the shakes were over and refused to serve.

Is that the kind of customer service Carl's Jr has lowered itself to?
