Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I always like leaving real reviews because I think that it matters for the people to be told the truth and this man here from the get go had a bad attitude I came in at 9:58pm and he’d probably had a long day and I get it cause I’ve actually worked at Pizza Hut myself as a CSR back in 2010 but from the get go I asked him for the 7.99$ special and I asked him that I wanted sasuage and for some reason they been out of for the last couple days I know because I came 2 times in 1 week and point is that I asked him for pepperoni instead if he could do me the favor of putting pepperoni 2 times because I obviously get 2 toppings and I asked him if I was going to get charged more and he said he didn’t know how can a manager not know he’s supposed to know and it started there with the attitude and it’s not fair because we chose to come here and eat and they should be grateful for our choice of getting chosen for us to be served by them I thought they closed at 10 so I parked my quickly cause I wanted to eat Pizza Hut and I didn’t want to miss it but I come to find out they actually stay open later etc so I parked wrong and I was on the phone heading to fix my car that was parked wrong and the manager came out and told me that if I didn’t move the car which I was going to move even before he was going to tell me that my order would get canceled! And that’s not fair that he took whatever he has inside of him out on me etc I asked him for his name and for some reason my gut tells me he gave me the wrong one and I took a picture of him so he learn how to treat us a bit better becasue it’s our choice to eat Pizza Hut and maybe they should value that a little more that without us buying pizza from them they could possibly be out of buisness. So point is value customers and respect and if I did something wrong forgive me too. The food is good , however , I've been having a problem with the toppings ... they are making the pizza with very little proportions of the toppings . I've even ordered extra toppings and they have had to redo the pizza ... NOT ENOUGH TOPPINGS on the pizza ..... When I order pizza I want more that just crust and cheese ... Please be a little more generous when putting the toppings on the pizza ... Thanks. Feeling discouraged... I always dread coming in because I never know what to expect .. I'm never coming back to this place . They've lost a customer . I was waiting for them to redo my pizza and I sat in my car waiting , so I get out of my car which is parked right in front of the store , just to find out that my pizza is done and nobody let me know . The Hispanic girl at the register is rude and her attitude is terrible ... These employees need customer relations classes and customer service classes on how to interact with customers ... the service was terrible ... . Never coming back , plus I'll make sure to tell my friends about this place ... Domino's or other Pizza Huts from now on . But , NEVER HERE AGAIN ... the dread of having to walk in this place , and the rude Hispanic girl giving me attitude when I did nothing but order a pizza .... geez... what's going on management...

This Pizza Hut doesn't even deserve one star. I usually go to this Pizza Hut and they have disappointed me more today than ever... They lack basic leadership skills and their manager, Ivan, was awfully rude and was unable to fix my pizza without arguing with me and complaining to his coworkers about me right while I was there. I ordered the new cheesy bites pizza and the "cheesy bites crust" looked liked a baby's fingers and they were all crooked and downright unappetizing. Ivan's excuse was that the person in charge of making the pizzas does them the morning before so there was no way he could possibly fix it. He made a second pizza and was basically telling me "see. its the same as the other one" I payed the full amount with no discounts so I wanted to get what I was paying for... not some pizza that looked like it was made in an easy bake oven. I've never had a manager argue with me and be disrespectful to his costumers right in front of his employees. Would...
