I was looking for a place who could lift my vehicle as it was super rare in the first place. After reading several reviews from other clients, calling the shop to speak with the employees, going to the shop to familiarize myself with the work ethic of the employees while listening to them talk about all of their knowledge in the 4x4 world, I felt extremely comfortable in getting work done to my ride. The owner, Mo, is extremely helpful and very personable when it comes to your daily life with your ride as well as future possibilities on what your going to do. He and his staff make you want to come back to the shop for the no reason type of feeling.... I have no understanding of lifts, but I sure do understand hard work and a solid work ethic and this place sure does attain those qualities. If you want excellent and honest service that may cost more than some of the competitors, you want to build a long term relationship with legit people and you know you will be safe driving your vehicle, then this is the place for you. For safety purposes, these guys do their best to make sure your vehicle is safe to drive with several test drives with and without you. Thankfully, due to their experience of lifting all types of vehicles, they knew how to lift mine though it was the first one to come by their shop and holy smokes it is a neck breaker. The work was done so well, I am most likely going to sell my Mercedes car to get another lifted vehicle project started. Thanks so much for the...
Read moreWhat an EXCELLENT place, I have had much work done on my 2020 Jeep Gladiator with these guys over the past 4-5 months. Everytime I bring my Gladiator in for an upgrade installation or repair Maurice and his crew always take great care of me. I cannot stress enough how knowledgeable & thorough Maurice is not to mention how professional everyone is there and how courteously they treat me. Everytime it's ready for pickup Maurice takes the time to go over everything with me that has been performed on it. What a truly great guy and a Master of his craft. Eric the front desk guy is a pleasure to work with, also very knowledgeable and will guide you in the right direction for all your 4x4 needs. This is the place that I will continue to bring my Gladiator too for everything 4x4. Maurice & Eric really go out of their way to make sure the customer is happy and taken care of which just makes for an excellent business relationship. In the past before I found ORU I was taking my Gladiator to other 4x4 places around the valley with unsatisfied results and excuses for not coming through on what was promised. Maurice & his crew have corrected and properly repaired & installed other 4x4 places shortcomings on my Gladiator. Sporting a 6" lift with 38's there were a lot of suspension issues that other places could not figure out that Maurice & his crew addressed and fixed. Prices are reasonable and fair, I "HIGHLY" recommend ORU this place is...
Read moreI bought a sas conversion 13'' lift for my 2003 duramax with leaf spring front and back and everything needed except front axle. The wait as a bit long and stressful especially for the big chunk of money I had to pay up front, from the date of purchase to delivey on the east coast of canada there was about 3 months lap. But this inlcuded christmast so technicaly 2 and half month and lets not forget custom clearance. I quess the reason of the delay was the wait for the atlas spring. But it was all worth it in the end the product itself is top notch and Maurice was always there to answer the phone even at 8h15 on saturday morning and he never blink, the answer was right there on top of is head and that is where the 5 star rating is from and I now have a wicked truck ! There is room for improvement in supplying customers there product faster, as businessman myself know that sometimes there is things you can't control. If you know you can supply somthing in 8 week tell the client 10week that way he will always be satisfied and you will have a buffer if you run into issues. And you loose a lot of sales if you don't have it on the shelf. ORU should concentrate on being good at what they are SAS conversion that is and not waist time selling cold air intake you don't want to be a convience store, the market is saturated anyway. That was my Spill...
