Devonshire Arleta Park — Attraction in Los Angeles

My boys love this park. We call it the "gorilla nest park" because of the rope climbing structure with a plastic mat in the center like a gorilla's nest. It's a great place for kids to practice Ninja Warrior skills. But it's often dirty or hot when sun is in angles that the shades don't protect from. My son enjoys this park so much because of the different games and playground they have here. They have 2 playgrounds, One for smaller children and another for children 5 and up. There is parking around, water fountains and a nice grass area. The only negative comments I have for this small but fun park are that there is no restrooms at all aaaand there is little to no light...

We like this park bcuz of the minimal grass areas. Our Gkids have grass allegies so its ideal for them to play without a flareup or reaction. It's also set up by age with soft turf surface so that's great too. Just note, it's a small park area and there aren't full swing sets if that's what your looking for but an hour or two just to get the kids out and your local...
