You guys have to check out Castillo. I've eaten there three times, had unique menu items each time, and have always been satisfied.
Normally I leave a long and detailed review, but I've been under the weather for a few days and so this review will be a bit shorter than usual. Disregard that as I'm telling you, this restaurant is legit regardless of my review.
The meat provided is always tender, well-cooked, no scary cartilage found within. Great meat.
The plates are loaded up with guacamole, sour cream, salsa and lettuce. Accompanying is rice and refried beans. Absolutely perfect. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. Salsa is provided without charge. As are tortillas.

They've been here since 2004 and seem to always have a regular flow of customers. The space is inviting and comfortable, with many booth seats available.
I have had the chorizo breakfast burrito and a chicken burrito. Both came with rice and beans, and had a great balance of flavors.

I found parking just fine in the small plaza this place is located in so it will be a hit or miss when you come. I asked what was in the breakfast burrito and just asked for no beans. It didn't take them long to make it and I took it home. The breakfast burrito comes with chips, salsa and red sauce. The customer service was fine when I was here.
