Love this place. The service is quick, responsive, and kind. The food is warm and rich in flavor. Authentic Mexican food, not Americanized. Most of the patrons are Hispanic themselves, and the owner has pride in his business. They've been here since 2004 and seem to always have a regular flow of customers. The space is inviting and comfortable, with many booth seats available. I have had the chorizo breakfast burrito and a chicken burrito. Both came with rice and beans, and had a great balance of flavors. The salsa bar has pico de Gallo, red salsa (salsa roja), and jalepenios. But you can ask for the green salsa (salsa verde).

I stopped by Castillo today to get a breakfast burrito. I was in the area and this place was the closest to me. I found parking just fine in the small plaza this place is located in so it will be a hit or miss when you come. I asked what was in the breakfast burrito and just asked for no beans. It didn't take them long to make it and I took it home. The breakfast burrito comes with chips, salsa and red sauce. The customer service was fine when I was here. I thought the breakfast burrito was very greasy and started dripping when eating it. The chips were stale and I didn't like the red sauce.

Small eatery in a strip mall. Good portions and decent quality but flavor is average, nothing exceptional. I had the Chile Verde dinner and my husband had the chicken fajitas. The Chile verde pork chunks were not consistent, some were tender and some tough. The Chicken Fajitas was cooked ok and had a good amount of peppers and onions. The staff was nice and accommodating , since i wanted spicy they grilled some Serrano Peppers on the side for me, and that was much appreciated.

You guys have to check out Castillo. I've eaten there three times, had unique menu items each time, and have always been satisfied.

Normally I leave a long and detailed review, but I've been under the weather for a few days and so this review will be a bit shorter than usual. Disregard that as I'm telling you, this restaurant is legit regardless of my review.

The meat provided is always tender, well-cooked, no scary cartilage found within. Great meat.

The plates are loaded up with guacamole, sour cream, salsa and lettuce. Accompanying is rice and refried beans. Absolutely perfect. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. Salsa is provided without charge. As are tortillas.

What a great restaurant, honestly. Everyone is kind and caring. Food is amazing. Customer appreciation is...
