Don’t eat here! Manager and staff are abusive. I explained carefully and patiently that I have a dangerous allergy to red meat due to a tick bourne illness. The waitress even asked me a few questions, doubting me, because I didn’t want my food cooked on the same grill as what I’m severely allergic to. Red meat! I even showed her my epi pen. She finally let me cook my chicken at the table after being annoying. Then she proceeds to bring me my sides. One of them was bone broth from beef!! I ate half of it, trusting her and then I start to wonder if I’m eating beef bone broth and call her over and ask. She takes it away and dismisses it by saying, ”it’s ok, you didn’t eat a lot!” I decided not to freak out. I say nothing more to her, about it. I even left her a nice tip anyway, but then tried speaking to the manager. He remembers me from a week earlier when I ate there with a friend. We had a deep talk previously about my allergies. I never raise my voice. I try to explain as nicely as possible that “my server just could care less.” He tried to explain it away as nothing more than the language barrier, I say, “no, she completely understood me, but just didn’t really doesn’t care!” He says “I have to stand behind my staff, don’t come back!” What a nasty guy. And trust me, I was being kind to him and respectful. Then, I spent the whole night vomiting, as a result of eating beef bone broth! What a spectacular fail as a whole, for a restaurant and staff! I’ll be writing as many reviews as possible. Just steer clear of this place. All they want is your money! They clearly lack empathy and respect, for even their repeat customers. Go...

Atrocious service. Never coming back. They open at 11:30 am on Sunday I was there with a friend 10 minutes beforehand just to ensure we got a table. We had to leave after 2:30pm because we couldn't get serviced. We were sat and brought the basics after 35 minutes of sitting! They're using small camping stoves with butane canisters to fuel them and we ran out of 2 canisters while we waited in-between meat portions. Never brought a 2nd round of sides and after more than 3 hours of waiting I was fed up and wanted to leave. Whilst trying to pay I voice my dissatisfaction with the man at the register and he was completely unapologetic about the entire experience. "Yeah we're busy" was his response. All I asked was for the drinks to be removed from my bill. And his response was "no I'll just ask your friend to pay for what you don't want to." And left me standing there while he bothered my partner. I don't understand how he can sit, service, and checkout other tables while still have us waiting on our 2nd portions after 3 hours and be so unapologetic about the situation and demand I pay full price for the horrible service. I paid and am making this to hopefully prevent others from coming here and having this horrible experience. Find anywhere else to eat except here....

It is the worst place to come too for All you can eat , unless you're of their kind you will not be served the same portions, I this because in our are our server had to pass us to serves those seating around us and they never attempted to flag yet when we did she literraly acted as if we were not there. We litterally were ignored , plus the portions were so paper thin it looked like a little kids portions once cooked (a little handfull once cooked). Then you get the worst look of death when you ask for a second round , you will get served a small salad plate just for asking. Then the lady (owner I believe) will come and lower the heat to bare minimum so it takes forever to cook so that when you do get the second portion you get fusterated and decide to just leave and not ask for anymore. I kidd you not, even the male at the register, when i told him it was hard to get our servers attention he's like "yeah I know and ducked his head while swiping our card" I also told him the portions where extremely small and thin and that the lady wouldn't come around when flagged but then again he noticed it cause we sat in front of the register. Fusterating ! Don't go here! Oh and the marinated spicy pork is so thinly sliced it crumbles and chars so fast....

Was here Friday evening at 6pm to meet up with a friend for dinner, there weren't a lot of people but their parking lot was small and looked like it's already filled. Got started right away and within a couple minutes our take was filled with banchan. We opted for the all you can eat of course and our meats followed a couple minutes after. The little soup was delightful and so was the salad. As the meats started to cook, we dipped them into the sauce and combine that with rice, it was close to heaven. We had a little trouble flagging down the server, she seemed in a hurry always and I could only tell her one sentence at a time. But she did bring us extra banchan, salad and more meats. She refilled our drinks a couple times and that was that. Would have gotten full stars if she was more attentive. By the time we were ready to leave which was smart at the 2 hour mark, the entire restaurant was packed and more customers are still coming. Overheard the host said it'll be 30mins wait. Lesson: come early during Mon-Thu for better prices. Oh by the time you're done, you'd be stuffed to the brim and smell like the BBQed meat yourself with a nice glistening layer of grease Update 1/10/19 - prices have gone up by $1 on the M-T AYCE menu

Big disappointment. We used to go to this place, at 2 previous locations, over by Sportsmart on Tampa before the Northridge Earthquake and before that I believe they were on Nordhoff by the mall. Always a bit pricey but very good. Past few times I’ve been very disappointed. First off the service was mediocre at best. I came in, my order was taken and I was brought the vegetable side dishes after I’d ordered the spiced pork lunch-which was $10.99 on the menu although they charged me 11.99. They food was brought to me and no one came to my table, although 2 or 3 of the employees several times went to the table of an elderly gentleman that they spoke with in a language I did not understand. The food was as mediocre as the service. The kimshi was not very flavorful and the radish dish was overly sweet. The pork was very very fatty and filled with gristle and other bits that just are not the parts you should be eating. I guess I’ll see if the Korean place in Winnetka is back in business or there’s a place in palmdale I can try

This place has had a pretty long run at the current location in Reseda. Nothing fancy, you can cook a delicious array of proteins or you could opt into the lunch menu where they do all the cooking for you. The bon chon was anemic in selection but what they lack in variety they compensate with healthy portions. Soup, fish cake, kimchi, and a sweet potato salad, pickle radish. The portions are hardy even for Korean Cuisine. The lunch is served in a bento box style presentation, rice, protein, salad, dumpling, korean pancake. You will emerge with the feeling of being well fed.
