Hi I'm just want to say that I'm a Mexican and if you don't speak Spanish , don't even try to go to this place , because the employee don't speak English and they gonna make your order wrong or you gonna end up having something totally different of what you order , even for me that I speak Spanish is way to difficult to comunicate with the people who work there ! This is not the first time they get my order wrong. , and when I ask to get a new cemita they refused to make a new one and instead they gave me my money back ! I told them I don't want my mine back I just want a new cemita because I was hungry , but they refused to make a new one . Some other time I when there and I asked to have my cemita cut in half and they refused to cut it in half ! I ask why? And they told me that they not allow to cut cemita in half ! What a dumm answer!! There is no customer satisfaction in this place I even call the owner to place a complaint but he gave me this BS and he didn't do anything about it ! That is way I won't ever go back to this place or the one on Van Nuys Blvd because they belong to the same owner
