Made an appointment buy phone to get my nails done during my lunch . As I was pulling in I was behind a bus that has a stop directly in front of entrance to location . As I waited for passengers to exit and board it took about 5 min . I walked in 3 mins late and I gave my name and they said they took someone ahead of me . She was already in pedicure station with feet soaking. The female at first table couldn't greet me or look ate when I was talking. They rudely spike in a different language and disregarded me telling me "come back later". You could absolutely tell why there business is barely thriving. Due to bad etiquette and bad service. I personally feel like they over charge but the salon its self is very clean very nice and comfortable looks like typical clean nail salon nothing too fancy they are following covid regulations and disinfect chairs after every customer the staff there is very nice patient and was very gentle with my hands and toes I would say try to get there when they open no later than 2 hrs after they open due to short staff it may get busy quickly and u may have to wait a while I got there at 12pm didn't have to wait at all these only reason I probably won't go back is because they over charge I was charged $90 for acrylic short square gel French tip and gel white( no design) toes nails thats...

Awful customer service! We made an appointment the day before, which apparently doesn't matter because we had to wait 40 minutes to start our services. When told to pick a color from the wall, the bottle I chose was open (I did not twist off the cap at all) and got all over my dress. Not only did they refuse to offer to pay for dry cleaning, they also refused to even discount our services. My dress is ruined, the dry cleaner said it was beyond repair. And all because they won't take responsibility for leaving an open bottle of nail polish open on their shelf.
