If I could I would give this place no stars! I read the review but to be honest I wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt and although the reviews were very bad I went to try it because my fried recommended the place. Well it was such a bad experience. The cashier was rude! They give you the food cold and disgusting. The sodas where room temperature because I guess they are not equipped to serve cold sodas. I asked the cashier for cups of ice and she said oh I have a big line so please wait. I'm being nice and thinking oh she's going to finish helping that person and then she'll give me my cups of ice. Well no I waited 20 minutes for the 2 cups of ice. Not only that I went back to ask her for my cups of ice another staff member comes out to give an order to a customer and I kindly asked her can you please give me some green sauce bc mind you for a $50.00 order they only give you 2 little cups of sauce please! we are Hispanic hello! anyway then the cashier turns and said oh we need to charge you for the extra sauce WOW! not a problem I paid 50 cents for each extra cup of sauce so I said since you're charging for the sauce also charge for the cups of ice that I asked you for 20/30 minutes ago hopefully that way you can help me immediately and not have me waiting for this long. She then had the audacity to give me the stuff with attitude well I think the manager/ owner needs to be more selective with their staff and hire people that like their job and that are more customer service oriented. Oh and I forgot to ask that the tables were filthy and customers had to clean their own table because we also asked her to clean it and she said sure in a minute and never came to clean the damm table. I was very disappointed and disgusted of this place I only hoped food wouldn't get us sick which it didn't but I honestly ask you DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! DO NOT IS THE WORST I'VE EVER TRIED IN LA. I found this place by chance, I was driving to another place because I was craving cemitas. I noticed that this place was crowded, so I took as a good sign, and decided to go there instead. I was about to drive away because finding parking is near impossible. The restaurant has a tiny parking lot in the back, but it was full, plus it was so tight, that I wonder how cars can go in and out without bumping into each other. So I opted to park on the street, and oh boy it was hard to find a spot. So keep that parking situation in mind, when going there. The restaurant is a small cozy spot, and it serves a good variety of Mexican dishes. I think that all the dishes are from the state of Puebla. I chose to get a cemita, and a picadita, and they were delicious. I won't complain about how long they took to serve our food because, everything that it's freshly made, takes time. You have to order, and pay, at the counter and they would bring the food to your table, so there's no waitress/waiter. Like I said the food is delicious, be patient. They loose a star because of the parking situation, but mostly because they definitely need to work on their customer service; the cashier, and person delivering the food to the table were not friendly at all. I felt like they are probably too comfortable with the fact that they serve good food, so customer service might not be...

If I could do no stars I would! I have been coming here for years and although it started as a great eating spot for the whole family, it is no longer the case. Parking is always an issue. If you are willing to wait for parking or don't mind stacked parking then this shouldn't be a problem. Wait times. They made us wait ONE HOUR. It is understandable to wait a while due to the amount of customers, but this is unreasonable. The food quality. As I mentioned, our experience started off very well. It has slowly degraded in quality. As shown in the picture, I ordered a Carne Asada Sope and was given the hard nerves (hardly any meat). As I raised my concerns about this, one of the employees said that they can't guarantee a clean amount of meat. Let me remind you, the reader, that I had just started eating this and the bites were inedible. Uncomplete orders. It's been my experience that when waiting for the order they always forget something. I then have some family members eating and others still waiting, while other families continue to receive their food. Again, management has failed to resolve this and instead tries to blame it on the customers.
