KFC — Restaurant in Los Angeles

To tell customers to park in the handicap walkway is horrible,especially when there were eldery people who parked in the handicap spot that needed walking in this area. Just to keep your numbers down. There were so many mistakes on the order and do not trust the two guys cooking the food. The fact that we ordered pepsi Zero and was given reg soda. For people who are diabetic like myself and boss, we always check our drinks to make sure they are diet, and they were not. This could have made us both really sick. They guys need to have more training and take the timer off of them so customers don't have to block...

The service there sucks really the price is high but it taste good. I guess there only good for the bucket deals. Which there menus are confusing instead of them giving you the good deals so you can keep going back. They don't. Very in happy workers. I remember going when I was younger the deals were on the window and that's what we got no confusion. Now they hide the deals even on the website those deals are unknown to there own workers. They say they don't have those deals or they don't know about it. I gotta say it smells like something or than chicken...

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, 12/03/2020 I ORDERED AT 3:08 PM I DIDNT GET MY FOOD UNTIL 3:26 , DEVORAH PUTED MY FOOD ON THE COUNTER NOT SAYING A WORD, I HAD TO ASK IF IT WAS MY ORDER BECAUSE WE WERE FEW PEOPLE IN THERE, I ASKED HER FOR HOT SAUCE SHE COMPLETE ME IGNORME AND THEY DIDNT PUT THE EXTRA ITEMS I PAYED FOR.

ADVICE : TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS BY GIVING GREAT SERVICE AND REMEMBER THAT THE CUSTOMER CAN CHOOSE BETWEEN YOUR RESTAURANT AND ANY OTHER, IF YOU WERE MY CHOICE PLEASE BE POLITE BECAUSE IF NOT I'LL TAKE MY MONEY...
