There are multiple reasons to cause a surge of excitement to anyone for whatever reason. For me & my wife, it's dining on chapotle meals among others. For this, we've gone to various CHAPOTLE franchises around the San Fernando Valley itching to get the best gustatory adventure ever. One special outlet that has kinda emerged at the toplist is located at Burbank-Van Nuys Blvd, CA.
Being medium-sized, the building is not notably spectacular. But its corner location is outstanding. Its parking spots, I must comment, are just so-so. However, what will follow next are really on another level: the workers appear productively occupied, NOT BEING BOISTEROUSLY LOUD & IRKSOME while efficiently performing assigned tasks to make sure there's no or less reasons to complain about.
Furthermore, tables are neat & organized; floors bear no visible eyesores such as food crumbs, used dirty napkins or dropped spoons & forks; comfort room's noxious smells are contained, not infiltrating into the dining area. Different veggies infused into the mix are blissfully appealing to the palates, nutritious, & reasonably priced. Amazingly, there's no hint of shrinkflation here.
For now, I rate them 4 stars. Hopefully, over time or the near future, the management will be able to propel itself towards a full 5-star rating that...
Read moreSo I have been here a few times using the online ordering tool. There has only been one time where my order was ready when I arrived. Along with that, the guacamole never tastes the way it does at any other Chipotle location.
My reason for writing is because of the order I placed last night. I placed an online order about 30 minutes before I arrived. Once I got there I spoke with a man who may have been the manager, Fernando, who looked up my order. Sadly, the order still was not ready. At this point, I ask Fernando why my food wasn't ready when I placed the order 30 minutes prior. The response I got was "Well, you are five minutes early." Wait a second, does this guy not understand the concept of online ordering? I know my order has been sitting there waiting to be made for the past 25 minutes. Am I supposed to believe that if five more minutes had passed by, that my order would have been ready? I don't. Why? Because I stood there and waited for an additional 10 so they could make my food. I might have been cool with them being late if Fernando wasn't such a jerk. He was rude and did nothing to help the situation. Instead of placing blame on the customer and then running off to the back, maybe he should have tried to remedy the problem. If Fernando is in-fact a manager, he...
Read moreI usually LOVE CHIPOTLE
I've been here at least 10 times. 9 out of 10 times they were out of a main ingredient. The worst part is you don't see that they are out until you reach the glass. That would be okay if the line wasn't so damn long ALWAYS. wow it's literally 15 people in line at all times. Like wrapped all the way around the restaurant.
Service is okay, you can't hear anything they are saying or vice versa with all that crazy background noise.
So if they happen to be out of chicken and that's all you eat, then you just spent 20 min in line for nothing. The meat here (steak) is always chewy, I think they just don't cook it as good as the other locations.
Most recently I ordered a bowl with my average ingredients that I usually get but there was SO MUCH OIL on the whole dish. I have no idea which one the ingredients had extra oil but it coated my entire dish making it un-edible. What a waste of money and time. I'll just go to the one on Ventura Blvd or inside of the Sherman...
