If I can rate this a negative star I would. The manager is so rude. Twice I’ve had an issue with the manager never returning here. I placed an order online for the help group school for thanksgiving lunch had to wait 15 mins for my food to be ready on top of me giving them extra time while I parked. Second time I placed another order for the school for their Christmas lunch I called when I was on my way to pick up the food and they said it would be ready for me to just pick it up when I get there unfortunately I get there and the food isn’t even cooked I asked to speak to the manager as I was already 5 mins late to pick up the food from the time I had scheduled to pick it up, I told the manager that this is the second time I have this issue that I have to wait for my food to be ready when I order online and her response was “ well we didn’t see the order what do you want me to do” i asked her for her name very rude about it the staff there are always nice but that manager is always...

Not one to typically be harsh with my reviews but this location was absolutely pitiful. When eating at Panda Express I usually have enough food for 2 meals however I found myself still hungry after finishing my usual order. In addition to incredibly cheap portioning, I found a rather large stock of inedible cabbage in my chow mein which likely replaced a large portion of the edible food on my plate. Customer service was adequate but the food (which to me, is more important) was miserable. The rice and Mushroom chicken were old, tough, and dry. The orange chicken was the only palatable part of my meal and that was only because I made a point to wait for the fresh batch as the batch others were served was obviously past the point of being enjoyable. My mom ordered 3 to go plates today, 09/13/2023, and for one of the plates she asked for beef and 🥦 broccoli with chow main, and guess what ?? Whenever she brought home there was 3-4 small broccolis with only 1 piece of beef, ONLY 1 PIECE, not joking .. I asked my mom if she saw it there, but she said no , I just ordered it and waited for them to make my orders ready to go . I tried to call them to complain, they never answer the phone , therefore I decided to leave a review , so they will at least read this hopefully, and not to do it to their customers.
