Churro Hub Cafe' Plus — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Its a nice little place! I love the environment. Once you walk in you feel like your in another place 😊 the churro sundae is sooo good! Also a decent price! The churros are very fresh and tasty! But that is also the bad part...they take foooorever to make your order here. I even order on 3rd party apps for pick up but it seems as though they just start making anything till after I've arrived already. I've been here a few times already in a row and a few times when they first opened. It is very yummy just the service really sucks! It seems like there's only ever one person working there. Yes I would order here again but just have in mind to go order and let them know your there to pick it up and have something else to do for at least 30 mins lol I live close by so my son came back home and while after went back and was still waiting. Some people are not going to put up with the wait and I think they'll lose business because of that. Might want to fix that problem so us loyal customers will be able to recommend this...

owner was very rude, she had an attitude from the get go. i realized it was her after she had been flooding their instagram with photos of her. i use to love this place because it was so humble and the previous owner Alejandro was so friendly and welcoming. she was unnecessarily rude when i asked where the forks were. not to mention she coughed on my churros. i honestly have been dreading posting this review because she is so rude and disgusting with her replies but it has to be said. wishing the old owner hasn’t sold my favorite place to someone who knows nothing about business etiquette. sadly she does nothing to help clean the store. she just watches the other employees clean. i will be coming back soon to see if it changed. i am considering calling the state if no...

I came into this Establishment a Few months ago Got the Crème chocolate drink it was Amazing I was convinced to Return I did so but the second time was a Failure I was disappointed but much to my husband constant Reminder of my love for the Drink I Returned praying for a Better experience & I explained my issue with the Lady in charge Simply making sure it’s supposed to be creamy not watery & Much to My Surprise My Pryer was Answered she made it Amazing & Even Said it was on her I’m So blessed & Happy she did that wasn’t expecting that they also have Books for me is a plus I love Books & they also have a play area for kids So Stop By Check it out u will be happy u did I pray for blessings upon this Business & the Owner In Jesus...
