Unreliable, unprofessional, weak customer service! LOST POSTMATE orders, and delayed 25 minutes to deliver an order. Leonidas was who assisted me with my order, but unfortunately failed to complete a simple order. As a postmate worker we make our money on orders and tips. I placed a 3 items order .... 3 ITEMS ORDER, she handed me a sealed bag (with one item) and confirmed/ensure EVERYTHING was in the bag. I drove away to deliver my order and handed to the man who placed the order through postmate. He turns and tells me his order was missing food. On my way back to Taco Bell, I called them to informed them of the situation, and was told to get in the drive Thur line and WAIT. WAIT, because they had to verify and open the bag before anything. I pulled to the window and the bag was snatched rudely from my hand. Leonidas turned around started to laugh with her co-worker/manager and took her sweet time to correct my 3 item order. On her back to the drive Thur window she decided stop and continue her giggling and laugh with her co-worker before handing me my order. Because her laughter was way more important than the order. Read moreI won’t say for all shifts but definitely the morning shift does not care about their work. They don’t care about what they’re serving. Yesterday morning on my second order I had a Baja blast freeze. They gave me one that looked white and melting quickly on the bottom, on top of that it was soooo light you can tell it wasn’t right. I told him it wasn’t right and he looked at me like I had two heads but complied and tried making another one which surprise surprise came out the same. He still handed it to me expecting me to take it. I told him it wasn’t right, I had to point out everything wrong about it. He asked which other one I wanted , implying there is more than one option. I ask him what they got, they just had blue raspberry of course so with no choices I took it. I also told them they should not be serving items that were not working or if it’s not right. Read moreWE VOMITED WITHIN 10 minutes of eating the food. They also mock white people in Spanish and are very rude. Not sure why Google edited out the photo proof I’d originally attached, but in any case, we placed 2 separate orders, for 4 individuals. One of the people that ate food from the first order vomited, so did one of the people that ate food from the second order. COINCIDENCE??? We tried contacting the manager, and in addition to being told that she could not speak English, we were given the run around. I explained what happened to the person that told me the manager couldn’t speak English. I knew getting a refund was unlikely, and of course no one felt safe having our orders remade. I’d explained that I did not mind getting store credit if a refund was not possible, but of course to use at a different location. I offered to return all of the untouched, remaining food.
