My mother called this Domino's chain up to place an order around 8:40pm and we ordered a large mushroom and olive pizza. We arrived at 8:45pm. When we got there my mom asked to make sure the order was correct. The order was incorrect and we were given peperoni and mushroom which is a bit disappointing but not a big deal. However, when my mother asked if they could correct the order the Persian employee got hostile towards my mother who is also Persian. I could see something was up from outside and went inside after my mother told me what happened. They claimed they were making a new pizza, but the same employee was giving a rude attitude. The person claiming to be the manager, a Persian man named Arash, came forwards and said that his employee did not get the order wrong because they have recording proof. However, he never presented the audio recording and I know for a fact neither of us mentioned the word peperoni. At this point I was getting a very hostile vibe from these two men and then the same hostile employee hid behind his manager and asked if the woman next to me was my mother which I said yes. The hostile employee then proceeded to say please have your mother stand out of the store so that we can talk, referring to him and Arash. My mother did not yell or scream and was not hostile towards them, but that statement along this employee's behavior, gesture, tone and facial expression came off as sexist. They then proceeded to talk Farsi back and forth as if we did not understand. At that point I calmly left and decided to take our business elsewhere. It was 8:50 when we left the store.
I will not be ordering from this branch of dominos ever again. They charge a ton for a pizza and to deal with employees like this proves to me that they do not care about quality...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI don't normally leave reviews, but have finally had it.
Not a one time user, been ordering from this location since it opened. Been at my current home 25 years. Always been great, until recently.
Over the past year, the pizza's just weren;t the same. A while back Dominos did the hand tossed crust, with dusting of seasoning that made it excellent.
My pizza today, medium, hand tossed bacon and pineapple. The crust was someplace between thin crust and hand tossed. Some sections, definitely were crispy thin crust. I always order "extra sauce". But this pizza, had spots with absolutely no sauce! Maybe a little cheese, and crispy crust. Pizza was well done, I mean well done! Used to be, the cheese was juicy, a little greasy as cheese gets, this was dry, dry, dry!
We also ordered wings. They are freakin puny! Wish I could attach the photo, one of the drumettes is barely bigger than a quarter (picture actually doesn't even show how small it really was, one bite, done). Bad enough it shrunk from 8pc to 6pc, but so did the size of the wings.
My previous order, a pepperoni pizza, again, pepperoni gets greasy, these were dry, almost like cardboard. said I wouldn;' order from this location any more because it has gotten so bad, order after order for nearly a year, Actually been ordering less frequently as it no longer is rewarding. Tonight decided one more try. Big mistake.
I don't know if this is Corporate Dominos, or the franchise owner. Frequent the center this location is in. owner pulls up in a $250,000 supped up Corvette. Assume he owns multiple locations. Like I say, not sure if corporate is skimping, or owner is.
Done, done, done...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI always treated respectfully with Dominoās Pizza employees at platt village. On Tuesday, June 7th, Driving back with my son from his graduation, called and asked for a large pizza with two toppings mushrooms and olives with regular crust . It took the employee longer than usual to give me the price , $21.95 and will take 10 minutes for pick up. I got there at 8:45 . The employee said that I have ordered pepperoni and mushrooms. He also said that he repeated himself 3 times. I informed him that you are confusing me with other customer. I never order pepperoni and my son is my Witness. He said we are making a new one give us five minutes . I went back to join my son who was waiting for me in the car and explained it to him and he came inside telling them that he was witness that we ordered mushroom and olive. The other employee ask my son take me out of store so that they can talk. They told me I should leave the store . It came sexism because of his gestures and tone of voice.
I was insulted; did not get what I ordered; My happiness of son graduation Was replaced with anger and Humiliation; was treated as 2nd class citizen; I will stop ordering at this branch...
