Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Los Angeles

1- no prices on the menu. 2- bad customer service. 3- no communication between the employees. 4- guy touched his face and then proceeded to touch the dough. 5- waited for my pizza 30 + min and they said it would be 15.

I go in to the store and order my pizza with pepperoni and mushroom. The girl said would be 21 dlls for the pizza itself im guessing for the added topping.The wait time was 15 min, I go back to my car and wait, go back in the store, waiting a little longer and proceeded to ask for my order, i receive it. Go back home, get home and surprise, no toppings...yay. I drove back to store take the pizza and explain the lack of toppings, the girl doesn't even say sorry and proceeds to tell me my refund will be 19 dlls, when first she said the pizza was 21 dlls, basically she gave me the wrong price and they don't acknowledge their mistake. Very unprofessional and im very unsatisfied customer. I get it, you make a mistake, but when you pay more than average for a medium pizza (19 dlls) and get very bad customer service, well this place is not worth it. Don't waste your money or time. This location specifically, has 90% of the time gotten my order wrong, or been extremely late when delivering. I ordered 32 Buffalo wings last time. They gave me 22 and no sauce was on the wings. I have waited 3 hours before for a delivery. I ordered at 6 and didn't get my food till almost 10pm. My kids bedtime is at 8:30pm. So we had to change plans for dinner and the management did nothing to correct the issue. I also always get issues when picking up the food myself. My wife orders online and ill pick up the food. They have not let me before because it was not her picking up or I didnt have the card she used, even though my id says the address and I could show them the purchase receipt from my bank statement. I need to give this place a fee for waisting my time they don’t even deserve 1 star they need -1 I ordered a pizza at 5:00 pm then they came to my house at 6:30 and didn’t even ring the door bell or call so I called the Domino’s and explained what happened and the man hung up on me I had called over and over again for 10 min and if they wouldn’t bring my pizza I wanted my money back they finally answered and said they will bring it but it will be 3 hr and I was yelling telling them to bring my pizza now and he hung up again so my mom called and they bring the pizza in 2 min and it didn’t have anything I asked for on it and it was so cold then the driver asked for a tip I will not EVER order from here again and I don’t think you guys...
