Iโve ordered delivery from this place before since itโs closest to my house, but this time I was really disappointed in the carryout service. I placed a mobile order and was alerted my pizza was ready for pick up. Once I got there, I was told my order would be ready in 5 minutes. Nearly 10 minutes later the pizza was brought out. Clearly the pizza looked like it was dropped, with tomato sauce wiped off the box top. But the employees thought it was ok to serve/sell it anyways. I told the employee at the register that it was unacceptable, on top of the fact that my special request for pizza wasnโt followed, and I wanted credit for it back onto my account. She said ok, and proceeded to give 4 other customers their orders, walking back and forth from the back to get orders. When I stopped her, she said she didnโt know how to add credit, and it would take a while. I told her to get the manager over to add credit to my account. There were plenty of employees but it seemed nobody was organized. In total I spent 30 minutes of my time for 2 pizzas. RIDICULOUS! i am SO ANGRY! This was a waste of time and energy. Iโve had sooooo many issues with this here itโs a disgrace to the dominos brand. Outside of the inappropriate music played loudly at times, inappropriate conversations between staff, inappropriate staffing meaning you have all these people standing around waiting for orders to be finished so they can be delivered but the same people canโt help make the pizzas or customers. They continuously donโt fulfill orders properly and now one of the employees that blocked me in my spot refused to move his car. He told me to wait!!! Are you kidding me? Iโm so done with this location and possibly dominos overall. There are way too many competitors offering better service and competitive prices for me to stick around. This location makes your company look bad and Iโm certain Iโm not alone. Iโve just tolerated it out of convenience which Iโm sure many others do to but no more. I came out and looked for him but he was still on the streets. From his car, he waved his hand for me to come over. I know it's a rainy day but isn't Dominos a "to your door" delivery service? I was upset at the way he relaxed in his car while I stood there in the rain waiting for him to get my order together. I wanted to cancel the delivery and get a refund but I had my kids waiting inside for pizza so I accepted the order. He wasn't apologetic at all.
