Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Placed my order online waited 2 hours my order was never delivered but the app showed as arrived. After calling multiple times they asked me to wait another 15 min for the driver. After an hour of waiting I called again they did not want to give me a refund and expected me to wait for a call back from them once they talked to driver. After waiting another hour I had to call back and a rude girl answered laughing at my question as I was only requesting my money back. She was stating the driver had gone home for the day. Not answering my question I had asked in the first place. They need to get customer service training, along with a faster reimbursement policy as she stated it would take 3 days to go back...

Waiting was not a problem considering how hungry we were. Non the less to get two soda bottles that were not cold. Their refrigeration was not working, yet I was not notified when I purchase the two sodas. Our cheese steak pizza was think crust and was burned to a blackened state. The pizza was not to the standard of eating. And I was expecting a lot more than grizzle bite nuggets from the chicken wings with bone out. I am disgusted with the FDA, and USDA. Frankly I would never eat at any Dominos again. I hope others will rise up and speak on issues in their communities because some areas are line third world countries and getting away with standard quality service in providing...

Omg!! This dominos location is the worst one I’ve bought pizza from! The employees there always distracted!! The sitting little red sofa they have there is filled with insects because the day me and my husband sat on it to wait for our pizza, e got extremely itchy all over our body for 2 days!! EVERY TIME I ORDER MY PIZZAS , they always give me the wrong order or the pizzas with garlic when I ordered them without garlic. It’s like they do it on purpose because I go back to complain, and when they supposedly re make them, they give me the same thing with garlic. And I have to wait another 20 min for my order.
