Decided to stop here while in the area. First off, the parking spaces are very limited for this plaza, which has quite a few businesses on site. We walked in and got greeted and seated right away. The lady took our order, and she was very friendly and patient with our kids deciding what they wanted to eat. Now the food, I ordered the Chilaquiles divorciados with chorizo and over easy eggs. Parts of the chorizo were burnt completely, and I got scrambled eggs instead of over easy. My wife ordered their salmon Benedict, and they were served with a mountain of hollandaise sauce, and it was too chunky. My oldest ordered a side of fries. Well, it seems like they hand-picked each fry, very small amount for the price of a sidenif fries, and they sprinkled way too much salt on them. My youngest ordered an apple juice, which he never received. Overall, the food had an okay flavor, but unfortunately, we won't be...

This is a little hole-in-the-wall with 10 tables for breakfast and lunch. This restaurant has its quirks, but was an enjoyable experience overall. I arrived abut 20 minutes after they opened (7am), the lights were out, but the door was open. There was no waitress or hostess. The cook came from the back and took my order. The waitress showed up about 10 minutes later. I ordered the chicken fried steak and eggs. It came with toast and hashbrowns. I was not asked what bread I wanted, and got white toast. The food was decent and flavorful. The sawmill gravy was one of the best I found in LA. It had small chunks of sausage and plenty of pepper. The service is friendly, but not attentive. I had to go up to the register to...

How I feel about this place with the new management. I used to come to this place almost every weekend with my wife, but now it’s not the same. The things that changed, the food quality dipped from the last time I was there. I had the chilaquiles with avocado on top, the food didn’t taste the excellent, with the moldy avocado on top that didn’t help much with my decision of coming back. Also the service isn’t bad, it’s just doesn’t feel like it used to be, with the service, I don’t feel the welcoming vibes when Gabby the waitress used to work at this restaurant. With the food quality, service and also the food prices went up, well I think I need to find another breakfast restaurant to enjoy my weekends at and that...

I came specifically for the Chilaqueles!! Couldnt decide between red and green so I went with half and half, both were so delicious. My husband however had the trio burrito and that too was delicious. The salsa is home made and it came with a side of rice and beans which were also delicious. Portion of the food was good size too. Loved the atmosphere and service, you can tell this place has regulars because the hostess was greeting some of them by name. If I lived here I would definitely be a regular too! Hostess (also our waitress) was great too, very attentive and super friendly.

Unassuming hole-in-the-wall that surprised us with an amazing breakfast. Prices are great, the food was delicious, and the portions were huge! I definitely recommend this spot to locals and tourists alike for great, affordable eats. We went on a Sunday morning and there was no wait. There is a small kids menu available. Parking is small as it is in a strip mall, and the other option would be to park on the street. At the time we went, parking was not an issue, though I'm not sure what are the peak hours.
