El Tacorin — Restaurant in Los Angeles

If I could give this place more stars I would! I stumbled across this place 10 days ago, and I have been back 3 or 4 times already. Mind you, I rarely buy Mexican food, well, because I am Mexican and most of the time I am disappointed. Not the case with El Tacorin. I ordered a Carne Asada burrito and when I got to the office and bit into it...it was LOVE AT FIRST BITE! no joke! The meat was perfectly cooked, the beans & rice were fresh, the salsa's were delicious! 10/10 score EASILY. The place is a hidden gem, where there is absolutely no question that the food is fresh. I have walked in when a fresh pot of beans is cooking and every Mexican knows what that means LOL They warm up the tortilla right in front of you, put your meat-rice-beans if you choose, then hand it to you to fix it to your liking, you give it back and they wrap it! Simply AMAZING! I am a little embarrassed to admit that I have only had the Asada burrito, but that's because it was so good I keep caving it. Next on the list is the mole burrito, and I plan to try everything on that menu. Although (tee-hee-hee) I did have a suadero taco while I waited for my burrito the last time I was there and my goodness BOMB-DIGITTY! The staff is always friendly and welcoming. I live in Long Beach and I would not have a problem driving to this place on the weekend with my daughter. It is that good! try it for yourself. Only negative part is that I may be spending more money than i'd like on lunch, but, in the end I like supporting small businesses. So, its a win-win. Oh yeah, it Cash Only which I do not mind.

Dear El Tacorin, Keep up the...

By Far the best Mexican/Taco Spot from South LA, Green Meadows and Avalon Gardens, this place is bomb, you could taste their efforts, quality and taste in every bite, literally I ate almost everything, Tacos are the business, Burrito 🌯 is the best you can taste in years, Mulitas are awesome, Birria Tacos are a great choice!, Chile Relleno, Tamales and Menudo will make you come back!!!Fernando and his family will take care of you as nobody else, place and people in here are so respectful and respected for customers, they are so kind and the atmosphere is the one you need to eat and feel good, and when you know them better is so chill for everybody, I really appreciate them to kill my hunger and feed me with their human quality in their food. This review can't say enough about them. Great place to bring your family or pamper yourself, I eat here almost every day and feel fabulous about it!! Prices are so acceptable, and everybody will love this spot as I do.

I wanted to be able to add a video so that I can share the experience with you I do not know how to add a video but let me tell you this place is absolutely Divine I swear please close this food place try it and then let me know how it taste. When you first pull up you will be afraid to get out of the car the neighborhood of sketchy but please know the food that is about to enter your mouth will be well worth risking your life I went inside this very small plates where I've gone too many times this mail always takes my mind or order my food by the time I pay for it my food is already done I grab my condiments put them in a bag I walk out smiling. I would also like to tell you when you leave out make sure that you have everything you need and swiftly get in your car and go home other than that the food is absolutely great I go here all the time. I almost forgot you can watch the people make the tortillas right...
