Horrible, discrimination, unsafe, unprofessional, don't trust reviews, worst hotel ever, I read a lot of reviews before staying, going, eating anywhere. Wife and I needed a place to sleep Being the weekend I was trying to find a cheaper rate. After reading the reviews this hotel seem like the right spot. Boy was I wrong the very last review I read is the one I should have trusted where the lady said they discriminate they're rude and very unprofessional and that's exactly exactly what we went through. The person that left the bad review was not Caucasian. And their belief was if you're white you're OK to stay here well let me be the 1st to tell you that is not the case my wife and I are as white as white can be And we were both treated horrible horrible we were discriminated against yes because we have service animals we both have registered licensed service animalsHave actual physical cards with their pitchers on them with valid registration numbers and we were so discriminated against we had to fight to be able to stay here last nightMy wife and I stay at a lot of hotels a lot of nice hotels as you very well know we travel a lot we have not been treated this horribly except for one other placeThe room itself is not so bad clean a little outdated but comfortable. then we wanted to stay one more night my wife said they won't take our cash because we have 2 service animals they are discriminating against us and will not let us stay here. Unfortunately we recorded the whole situation and now we're going to sue this establishment. The linens the towels are like sandpaper there's holes in them look at the pictures. You get what you pay for there's a reason this hotel is only a $100 do not yeah it dollars do not stay here I have video footage of the police helicopter circling above us when we check in is a really bad area a really bad hotel not a gem do not trust reviews it is horrible. It was ready to leave last night my wife talked us into staying and now she regrets it. Please usethis review to your advantage and...

Driving into the hotel where is enclosed parking and, to be honest, you almost enter a bubble where the inside has no real relationship to what's outside. It's lovely. Having parked up ... you walk to a small window with a lot of glass and bars. You don't get to go inside and you are met with a voice. I couldn't even see the person I was speaking to. This, again, made me a little nervous. It does nothing for the concern about being in an unsafe location. However, the gentlemen behind that glass was outstanding! He was so nice!!! He checked us in and made us feel like there was nothing he wouldn't do to help us enjoy the stay.
Making our way to the room we were, once again, surprised that the rooms betrayed nothing of the outside. They were wonderfully decorated and had a really homely feel to them. The room was clean and had all the major ammenities. It was spacious and I felt safe.
Throughout the 5 days we were there the highlight was seeing the guy who cleaned all the rooms. I wish I could remember his name but he was so friendly and helpful. He made the stay to be honest.
This is going to be my hotel of choice when I next go to LA. Other than the location it can't be faulted.
Thanks so much for all you did to make things so enjoyable and to make us...
Read moreTheir customer service was so bad, we had stayed one time before and it went well. Our second stay we got there and they said they had rented out our room. Wanted to offer us another room for extra charge of $100. We were gonna cancel and leave so they offered the room at a better price. Which was good but then the next day there was no power or heat for water from 10am until we don’t know what time in the night. We had left at 8am from the hotel to run errands and when we head back to the hotel at 5pm we came to a room with no power. That is when they let us know that the block had lost power. But never called any of the guest to let them know what was going on. My boyfriend and I had to shower and get ready for a family event. So we tried to check-out because no services were available since 10am. They said we couldn’t get a refund or cancellation because it wasn’t on them. But they never let guest know when the power went away. Why would they try to force people to stay when there were no services available. Then one of the people said we could get a $60 refund from the $110 we payed for the second-day, even though we didn’t stay for that second day at all. They said they couldn’t process the $60 refund then. So we understood and they said to come the next day just to be told that the refund would go from $60 to $50. The attitude was so bad. Like we try being reasonable, understanding and patient but it felt like a scam at that point. Definitely won’t be...
