We ordered online to be picked up using my Apple Pay. It appeared to go through and we left immediately to pick up. We arrived at 15 mins before close and they said they didn’t get an order. Confused we checked my apple statement and it hadn’t charged. But they were still open, now 10 mins before close, and then my son tried to order the 3 sandwiches we had ordered online. The girl responded that she couldn’t take our order because they were closing in 10 mins. Like WHAT?!? She was clearly being lazy, and really should lose her job so she can go be lazy at home if she doesn’t understand how businesses operate and whats required of employees when they are currently open...

First off, I paid $19 for a 10 inch turkey and provolone sub and a bottle of water. So there’s that. Then it was extremely poorly packaged and impossible to eat. The paper wrap sunk into the sandwich and then I had to pick off the saugy paper from the turkey and cranberry filling. Gross.
Speaking of gross, the place inside was extremely dirty. I now know why the spot was empty with no customers. Never again.

I finally get an answer at 9:15, and when I ask if I can place a pickup order, the woman over the phone said "I'm sorry, we don't take orders less than10 minutes from closing."
I mentioned I had tried calling several times to which the customer service expert said "oh, sorry about that."
So I said, "you close at 9:30, right?" She said "yes." I said, "it's 9:15 right now.
To which she replied, "yeaaa...sorry." What she should've said was "sorry, I'm / we're too lazy to take your order right now."
Laughably atrocious terrible...
