Update Sept 1, 2024 10:08 pm A Young lady Named Alisha or Alicia at the register was completely rude. If you don’t like your job find another place to work. You have to deal with customers on a daily basis if you’re going to be that angry because you’re asked to repeat an order then maybe you shouldn’t be working there. Foothill and Hubbard is a crowded intersection sometimes it’s loud. If I ask you to repeat my order, it’s because I didn’t hear it the first time I don’t need you to tell me that it was already repeated to me once and then roll your eyes and give me a dirty look. You work in fast food lady no excuse me you chose to work in fast food. You know that customer service is a vital part of the job. I don’t know why I keep coming back to this Jack-in-the-Box knowing that everybody there except for a select few were probably on the short bus at school! Ridiculous!!!

Another Update July 6, 2023 - Ordered online about $42 worth of food and the 2 loaded breakfast sandwiches were not loaded at all and were not on sourdough bread. And the cluck sandwich had hard rubbery bread and the chicken patty was hard. The meat lovers burrito is very small had like one egg and a slice of bacon cut in half along with half a sausage patty. If you’re going to rip us off at least have the decency to discount our orders.

July 8 3:14 AM 2019 went to order some food ordered a sourdough Jack combo and a few other items. When I got home about 10 minutes later I look at my sourdough Jack and it’s totally under cooked and the meat in the center is still cold! the cheese didn’t even melt it was a cold lump! I threw it in the trash!...

For those who know and live in this part of the North East part of San Fernando Valley, know how ACTIVELY BUSY the intersection of Foothill Blvd. and Hubbard Street is. And let's not forget the add'l traffic coming off the 210 fwy. Having said that, this Jack in the Box gets high marks for efficiency based on the high traffic flow of where it's located. The staff was courteous and granted my custom requests for the deluxe fish combos( it's a Friday Lent commitment) that were well prepared and gave me extra 🍅 at no add'l charge. The two tacos were also well fried and not over cooked; I've had over cooked fried items and it's frustrating to find out when you get home. In summary, the fast food was acceptable. I'd like to point out their efficiency getting me in n out of the drive thru and no matter how busy during my visits, they remain willing w/ bubbly attitudes to accommodate you and for the most part, get my orders correct ( I still ask if my order is double checked). A shout-out to the young lady cashier planning on becoming a surgeon. Lady B, don't let any body tell you you can't do it! Drive through Monday 3/14 around 6:30pm. No lines. Somehow they alway manage to mess up. Drive thru order w 5 combos. I asked the girl at the window if all my order was complete and she said yes! (this girl seemed sweet and polite) I pull over to check all the bags and I was not given the extra sides I had also ordered, jalapeños poppers and 2 tacos. Parked and went inside. The lady behind the counter (rude and locks all customer skills- never apologized nor said anything in the matter) went to pack the missing items and threw my order on the counter. She threw it and goes on about her way. When we get home (across the street), food is cold so curly fries are stiff and burgers are no longer warm. All 5 combos were COLD. I Think they cooks lots of food to have it ready for the long lines but then it’s no good if it’s cold. The poppers were burning hot as in temperature not spice so that makes me believe they have burgers ready and get cold by the time you order them. Disappointed.
