I am extremely disappointed with the experience I received at this Starbucks location. I was there this morning with a friend and as we sat down we were asked for our Covid vaccine card (no big deal we are both vaccinated and have proof) but we weren’t prepared with them due to the fact we were just returning from a morning hike. Thankfully I have my Covid vaccine card uploaded to my phone and the barista was understanding at the time and was ok with the fact that I didn’t have my ID on me. As my friend was looking for her vaccine card I made a comment to my friend (not the barrista) about this being the only Starbucks that has ever asked for our vaccine card. I believe that’s when the barista got super bothered and started raising her voice at me in front of all the other customers and repeatedly told me that it was the state law and their policy to ask for the card which I not once questioned. Mind you I am completely aware and respect their policy that they have and I understand she was only doing her job. Then when my friend went to to grab her wallet from her car, the barista was talking to someone over her headset, I could hear her complaining to someone regarding the issue that was going on (super unprofessional) When my friend returned with the her Covid card and ID, the barrita said to us in a very rudely manner that we couldn’t sit inside because I didn’t show my ID which really bothered me since she was ok with just proof of my vaccine card a few minutes prior. Then a lady came out I believe she was one of the managers, she asked if everything was ok and I then I told her what was going on so she just checked our vaccine cards again and said everything was good and walked away. We continued to sit and wait inside and about 15-20 minutes passed by and our drinks were still not ready. We began to notice several people that came after us getting their food and drinks and that’s when my friend went to check on our drinks and was given attitude. I then decided to ask for a refund and asked to speak to the manager because I truly believe that our drinks were purposely delayed. The young man at the register said he was one of the managers so I told him that I was really unhappy with the service and explained the situation and his response was “I will talk to her”. I could also see the barista in the background smiling which leads me to believe that most likely this young lady will have no type of consequence or follow up. Read moreIf you constantly like issues with your order or having the staff talk to you like you’re stupid, then this is the Starbucks for you… I have stopped coming here after multiple issues with my drinks, pay and the staff being above and beyond rude. The first time there was ever an issue, I had gone to to the counter and the staff ignored me for over ten minutes and when I explained to them that my expresso was milked down the rolled their eyes and did a remake. The second time we were in the drive thru and had paid for several drinks and we were short two, when we told the barista at the window we were still missing two drinks he yelled at me and said he gave me all of them I said no we are missing two and we all lifted the drinks so he could count them and then he magically had them at the window. He practically tossed them at me and my family. Third time, I had reloaded my card and was saving my stars for later on. Not only did the guy clear my stars the drinks tasted like water with syrup. Before trying them you could see the drinks weren’t well made but we have them the benefit of doubt. When we said something the lady who then told us she was the manager refused to make a remake and on top of that when we just asked for a refund she walked away!!! …and the list goes on with several times in between where it’s been bad drink after another or getting a burrito that was cold in the middle! Today was just the icing on the cake, had stopped coming here but running late decided to place a mobile order to save time….turns out I added about forty minutes. The lobby that is supposed to be opened at six was closed and orders had to be picked up through the drive thru! Starbucks full of baristas and a backed up drive thru line. NEVER AGAIN. Read moreWent to this location on 12/10/20 at 4:51 pm. Drive Thru line was out to the street. I was hoping that the line would move along. Well, I was wrong. I arrived at the window at 5:32. YES, 41 minutes in line. Some of you might be wondering why I didn’t get out of line and just leave. Believe me, that's what I wanted to do. But, the parking lot is small and shares the Drive Thru line. There is only 1 driveway entrance to the parking lot for entering and existing. It is very congested to leave and once you have committed to the drive-thru line, you're stuck in line. So after being in this line for 41 minutes, I reached window. The employee was nice and professional. But I couldn't help but notice that the sense of urgency by the employees was horrible. Move very slowly with no motivation. Well as I pulled away with my drink (Gr Carml Macchiato) it didn't have Whip Cream, which I had request to be added to my drink when I placed my order. Long wait, and my drink was incorrect!!
Apparently after reading other reviews from Yelp and Google Reviews, there are many other people that have encounter the same issues at this Starbuck location. **Please note, photo shows the employee that took my order did not"Add Whip Cream" But the Barista that prepared the drink, didn't pay attention.
Message to Starbuck Corporation: "You need to wake up and smell the coffee!" Maybe some Management changes need to be done at this location.
I won't be coming back to this location.
