Subway — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Honestly, terrible place. You can call all you want, they aint picking up. I placed an order online and they didnt have the bread I choose. So 3x already, they want ahead and did it with a different bread without calling to ask. This time, I had a family member pick it up, and they were informed of the lack of bread so they choose a different one. I told the family member to tell them to cancel it, to which they said they cant do that. I have to cancel it online. Whiiiiich is NOT true since the website states I have to call and have the restaurant cancel it. They heard me say that since I was on loud speaker. What do you know, they were able to get it cancelled. Oh mind you, the phone was apparently ringing in the background and no one bothered to answer. I had called ahead of time before placing the order to ask, but no one answered. Overall, lazy slackers work here who think the customers are misinformed and they can lie to us. Bad service. The ladies working there gave me an attitude for using a coupon and forced me to pay full price when I didn't need to. Don't suggest coming to this franchise location and go to a different subway franchise. Plus, the bread tastes very cheap. For 2 footlongs with no chips or drink was $31.30. That is absolutely ridiculous. I understand inflation is the issue, but that is overpriced for a cheap sandwich. Please to everyone reading this review, I don't suggest coming to this subway and to please use coupons...
