Worst customer service ever, after taking my order wrong, after girl not taking orden in the language i was talking to her too and when she did speak it too. Even Worst manager trying to intimidate me and my family asking that they had already charged order and that was that.. Worst--- took picture of my car and plates without my my permission or consent-thinking i couldn't see them. We told we would pay the difference and they wanted us to go back to the drive-thru line again and REORDER_ THE ORDER SHE DIDNT PUT IN CORRECTLY !!! Worst management, no experience on how to talk to their customers and satisfy them! I manage one of the biggest companies is southern cali- believe me--- she was wrong on her actions- she could have easily corrected my order and charge difference! I order the food via app before going to restaurant. I live 3-5 minutes get to drive thru say my name the lady said it was not ready. Didn't offer to wait to the side or anything just brush me off.
The App says to go to restaurant in ask for refund if I cannot cancel on app. So I call in supposedly talk to a supervisor in telling me she cannot cancel my order in restaurant. For me to cancel it via App.
