Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Worst customer service ever, after taking my order wrong, after girl not taking orden in the language i was talking to her too and when she did speak it too. Even Worst manager trying to intimidate me and my family asking that they had already charged order and that was that.. Worst--- took picture of my car and plates without my my permission or consent-thinking i couldn't see them. We told we would pay the difference and they wanted us to go back to the drive-thru line again and REORDER_ THE ORDER SHE DIDNT PUT IN CORRECTLY !!! Worst management, no experience on how to talk to their customers and satisfy them! I manage one of the biggest companies is southern cali- believe me--- she was wrong on her actions- she could have easily corrected my order and charge difference! She said no and closed the window after i told her i was going to wait for my order and she was going to have a long line. Never open the window- and yes we stood there for 5 mins. HOLDING...

This review is poor instruction to cancel in order via app. Plus horrible in person customer service and no number to resolve this issue. Just a email or message.

I order the food via app before going to restaurant. I live 3-5 minutes get to drive thru say my name the lady said it was not ready. Didn't offer to wait to the side or anything just brush me off.

The App says to go to restaurant in ask for refund if I cannot cancel on app. So I call in supposedly talk to a supervisor in telling me she cannot cancel my order in restaurant. For me to cancel it via App.

Confused with the whole process to cancel a order I made on app. I just want my money back in maybe order again. But If I do not get my money back I will never buy again at...

The place was really rude I get off of work to get some food and they talked to me with distain because of my dirty clothes and hands I’m a mechanic and then watched as the people who spoke Spanish get extra sauce no charge and when I asked for ranch no ketchup on the order they then ask to charge me again when I had placed my order with the ranch I am pretty sure they assumed I didn’t speak Spanish because I understand everything when they talked down on me while eating my food and then she he customers after me joined in saying I smell in Spanish and I hear them ask for sauce and was not charged like I was it was horrible experience an if I could give less stars I would and best believe I’m putting this on the jack...
