I always go to this Jack In The Box due to it closing late and being on the way home after work. I really wish this location had better employees. I always get issues from two individualswho work at this location. The first one is a cashier who always seems to be in a bad mood and takes my order like I'm someone who needs to be rid of. The last occasion I was there that same cashier was being pleasant to customers in front of me but started her regular rude routine when it was my turn. It seems that the sight of me seems to trigger her in some sort of way. The cashier goes by the name of Mari. There's also a manager or supervisor who works there with glasses who also has an attitude problem who in one occasion triedto interrogate me on how I was able to enter the restaurant at 10:45pm when they close at 11pm. When I told her this her only response was her boss told her to close and left. This location needs to replace these two individuals or they'll never achieve improvements. If you want to go eat Jack In The Box I highly recommend you go to the USC location which has the best staff and customer service. Also the prices there are lower which I was shocked by. So until those workers either get replaced or resign I won't buy from here again. Unless I happen to see that it's their off day when I peek through the window then I'll buy my usual...
Read moreThis place is usually very good as far as the drive through goes. I tend to bark my orders at the person at the drive through to see how good they are. However if you need to or want to dine-in this isn't a good place. They have pros and cons. They have high chairs for the kiddo's, an outdoor seating area, a security-ish, and a large dinning area. Cons: access can be kinda tedious by car due to it's location (gated complex with three drive ways and a barrage of vehicles). The security officer isn't exclusive to the jack. And it's an over all nasty place. Today for example, one of the guys who preps the food and calls out the number was being very rude. He called my number on the speaker and with a bad attitude asked if I wanted ketchup. So I said "yes, and can I have my raspberry iced tee too please". He said "anything else?". He looked at me and said "do you want anything else?" So I replied "yes my raspberry iced tee". So he got the ketchup and tossed them in my plate and said "no, about these things! Ill get you your iced tee right now!" He slid the iced tee to me on the counter and his supervisor who was looking at him chuckled and as she waddled away said "you so crazy".
