On February 5, me and my children went to this location Everything was wrong when we pulled through the drive-through the person taking the order barely understood English so she got my order wrong multiple times after I paid I asked if I could have an extra cup of ice she tried to charge me 399+ tax for ice. I told her to let me speak to her manager and that that was absurd. The manager came Out with a horrible attitude, accuse me of stealing talk bad about my children and told us she has a black husband, which does not give her the right to treat that Black people or any other people that way .I asked for my money back she refused, slammed the window in my face and threaten me to call the police due to Me stealing this was around 1 PM cameras have it all on record I paid for my order and I wanted my money back. I filed a police report and also a corporate report just because we're in a minority community. I don't want anyone to think because they have a black husband, they can go around treating Black people any type of way I believe her name was Daniela. She needs some serious training. She proceeded to ridicule me saying don't embarrass myself in front of my daughter. My daughter told her that we didn't steal anything and she said she did not say we stole anything. The general manager Daniella was very rude and with a rude tone asked me if the bug was on the lid or in the cup. I gave her the drink after taking several pictures so I was confused as to why she’d ask me what she could clearly see. I guess she thought I got the drink from the fountain myself. When I told her I came through the drive through she stopped questioning me with her rude attitude, but she didn’t want to give me a refund for the drink until I asked about her supervisor. She acted as if I did something wrong by not accepting a drink with a bug in it. Very poor customer service and leadership skills. Read moreI've been to other KFC in Los Angeles but never to this one and today I went in and placed my order for take out and I was surprised that they checked my order to make sure it was complete. The other KFC never checked my order and even forget to give me my large fries that I was charged for. Unfortunately I noticed that until I got home and I didn't feel like driving back and having my food get cold for some fries. I just never went back to that KFC that's all.
