My brother went to pick up my order from this location . He was told my order was picked up by someone else. The manager said that there was nothing he could do , and to just file a complaint. I went down there myself, and the manger told me the same thing. There is also no way to cancel the order/ get my money back. I couldn’t contact customer service , bc this happened Sunday (July 7) and they’re closed. So my only options are to pay 40 dollars total ,for 20 dollars worth of food. How can a customer be responsible for the mistake of an employee ? The manager told me that the new policy requires them to check the customers phone.(implying that it’s not possible to give away the wrong order)But i ordered at this location on Saturday, and only gave my name. So do they have different policies ,on different days of the week, or for different managers? I STRONGLY advise you to think twice before choosing to order at this location . The manager himself said he “doesn’t know how to use the app” . He also told me i would receive a promo code immediately, if i filed a complaint. In the past 24 hours, the ONLY thing i received is , a processed payment. For the food the employee gave to someone else .The manager never apologized for any inconvenience to me . And the manager also made ZERO effort to resolve the issue. It is mind boggling that someone who has no customer service skills , and cannot use the taco bell app , was their pick for manager. I can only assume taco bell DOES NOT value their customers. And that their “principles” listed on the official website are...
Read moreHonestly, I only come to this TB late at night so I don’t expect much. I expect to come, order, pay, & leave. That’s it. The food is what it is, the service sucks but that’s what I get for always coming when this is the only spot that’s open.
Anyway, I’m going to list my problems chronologically starting with I ordered extra cheese on one of my items, didn’t get it. I asked for a set of items in a separate bag, all in one bag. When they handed me my bag, they seemed to have set it on some sour cream so I held it up to my chest to look inside then set it down in my lap (I’m wearing a work uniform since I’m getting food before work) and when I place it on my car seat that’s when I notice that I’m covered in it. I’m thinking I’ll wipe up once I drive away with the napkins in the bag. Guess what, no napkins either. Can’t go back in the drive through since there are cars in line. Have to use a sweater to clean everything. I drive home (3-4 minutes away) and as I’m eating, I’m noticing half my food is cold, Doritos shell is stale, almost as if half my food that I paid for was sitting around from a previous order.
I don’t even have time to go back and complain or get a refund. Tired of this.
UPDATE 2 months later: they continue to ruin my late dinner, wife is sick, cannot eat beef without hurting her, always ask for chicken substitutions on her food and of course they upcharge for those and yet; my wife is spitting out half her order because...
Read moreThis Taco Bell location has definitely improved over the last few years. When I moved to the the area 18 years ago, it used to be a Taco Bell/Pizza Hut location. Location is usually well-kept outside, clean, as well as inside. Have not seen any beggars for a while now.
This location has curbside pickup or drive-thru pickup if you order ahead online. I usually order online simply because its easier to customize items rather than through a speaker. Leaves them no choice but to make it the way I ask for it. Some menu items are also a few cents cheaper online than in-store/drivethru.
Everything I've ordered has been well done, made fresh. Tacos have been well-seasoned, not stingy on ingredients and crunchy fresh. Chicken Quesadillas are tasty, and savoury especially with that creamy jalapeño sauce they add to it. Don't forget to get your Baja Blast beverage or frost, as well as some...
