Horrible! It took well over an hour for my delivery & the driver has no change. The order was wrong & the food was cold. I called and advise them of the order error. They told me that I would get my correct order & my change shortly. That did not happen. Some ignorant young dummy girl calls me 30mins later and tell me to give back the original order in exchange for the right order. I told her to keep the food & bring me my money back. The driver shows back up with less change than he owes me, so I give the change back & told him to bring me all my change back. Very unpleasant experience and very unprofessional. Food is expensive and they're rude. Your customers are not paying for you to disrespect them. You often make excuses saying you're sorry for the negative experience saying you'll change it yet it's the same disrespect every single time and the same unprofessional service. I will be contacting the better business bureau to report your lack of professionalism and customer service etc. Spend nearly $50 on low rated food that isn't freshly cooked and delivered cold and the people answering the phone cut you off and hang up on you when you ask questions. I ordered some tacos and it had mostly vegetables and a little bit of chicken. The owner or mgr was contacted through slice and they said they fixed the way i asked. I never asked for a vegetarian chicken taco...that doesn't make since.
