KFC — Restaurant in Los Angeles

The district manger Monique as she claims to be is not fit to run any store. I ordered through drive thru a chicken sandwich and a two piece meal the sandwich was cold the bun was cold as well so I returned it. When I asked for my refund receipt they didn’t want to give it to me until I persisted on them doing so. At the bottom of the receipt the stated the reason for me returning the order is that I didn’t like the sandwich which is not the case; the sandwich was cold and poorly put together. I called the restaurant so that I could submit a grievance for the order and attitude that came with this whole ordeal and I was informed that the grievance was going to go to her to handle. How when the grievance is based on her lack of performance. I do not recommend this particular location due to them not taken care to make sure their product is up to standard and leadership is capable of getting...

I would give a zero if I could. I asked for crunchy chicken. They gave me all crunchy at the top but I smelled that original chicken somewhere in there. The problem is I hate original recipe chicken and even the smell to me is worse(my opinion) so I smelled it automatically . I confronted them about it and they said "oh we ran out of crunchy". I was upset because they assumed I was ignorant&was just going to take the food and leave but no baby I check EVERYTHING. They were embarrassed because they got caught but you played yourself so thanks for all the free extra stuff guys a large potato w gravy, biscuits,drink,go cup and extra free go cup for not doing you JOB when all I orderd was a cheap coupon special. Went to the KFC at 1148 W Manchester Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90044. at 1130 am 05/11/23. There was trash all in the parking lot, the windows were dirty the staff not friendly.

I wanted to wash my hands before dining only to find the restroom was locked and the staff was angry at me for asking to use the restroom. After a long wait some one decided to assist me. The staff member had a ring of keys however none of them worked. According to the staff member the lock on the door was changed on 05/10/23 and he did not have the key. I was puzzled I asked if I was the only one who wanted to wash there hands since yesterday.

Naturally if no one can get into the restroom you would think that was a priority to fix. Not there. Chose to...
