Monster Burger — Restaurant in California

Spent about $40 on two wet burritos with a salad combo. Couldn't grill the burrito before the sauce so my shell wouldn't be soggy, cool. They made my salads and put thousand islands dressing that I don't eat on it without asking. made them aware. They told me that's the dressing they put on it. Not specified during order nor on menu. They then replaced the two salads and gave me ONE salad dressing for BOTH salads. I asked for dressing for the second salad, the cashier said the cook said no. I had to PURCHASE dressing for the second salad. I should have asked for a refund of my money then! Get home and there's big chunks of ground beef that isn't ground so it's still PINK in the middle of the chunks. Repulsive!! I ate less than a fourth of my meal. Not to mention the lettuce in the salad was BROWN! It was food that I PAID FOR, not a free meal or handout and they acted as if they were bothered by my asking to prepare my food with some sort of quality. I've been in this area since 1976, the least they could do is service their customers who patronize their hole in the wall as they would their family. And yes! The area is bad. Thank God I know the majority of the people who are there in the lot on a regular basis. Some happen to be family. I'm done with Monster Burger though. A COMPLETE waste of money and I went to bed hungry! NEVER SPENDING ANOTHER half of a PENNY WITH Y'ALL. THANKS...

I ordered a wet burrito combo with the salad and a large soda with avocado on the side for my salad and a side of sour cream . I waited patiently and made myself clear 3x to be sure that the sour cream and avocado was put to the side . The extremely rude woman just gave me the burrito, I said excuse me miss , I’m missing 1.) soda 2.) salad 3.) sour cream 4.) Avocado which I was charged for all of the above . She rudely tells me sour cream does not come with that & I say I know that’s why I ordered it & then proceeds to tell me avocado was inside the burrito, I state to her that I didn’t ask for avocado inside my burrito I wanted it with my salad she tosses my salad and ignores me when I tell her my food is incorrect and continues to take phone orders as I stand for 5 mins waiting on my avocado and my food was never accepted back . I was so disappointed when I walked home I’m 9 months pregnant & there was a small piece of raw chicken in my salad which looked absolutely disgusting and I threw everything in the trash . It’s sad to say this is the 2nd time I’ve come there patiently and respectfully and I’ve been completely disregarded and disrespected because of the employees rushing. I was more than willing to wait but the nasty attitudes...

EAT HERE!! YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!

Not from the area, just saying, and was over by So-Fi stadium when we ordered a doordash order for pickup. It said it was 3.(something) miles from our location and it was significantly cheaper (by like 5 bucks each item) than any other burger place in the area. So naturally.. it was chosen.

Upon arrival I was slightly taken back by the appearance of the establishment as well as the area it was in did not scream "super inviting!" So we waited a little while until our food was done and I'm so glad we did! This was probably one of the BEST burgers I've had from a mom and pop place. Super meat, portioned extremely well, and the fries .. the fries were delicious! One of the BEST as well! (And I am a self proclaimed fry connoisseur ... So I know fries)

overall, with one person working making 3 burger combos he did it excellently and I'm a timely manner!
